We are simply speaking truth in our words. But yes, you are correct that if they keep Iceland, it could possibly be considered a colony. But, if Saxony were to have there capital in Greenland, one could argue that Iceland is in fact the colony, if they play there cards right. However, i doubt they would give away Iceland before going into Greenland, saying that Iceland is literally the gateway to Greenland."

It is a nation that is going to be fully american in Greenland as they are dissolving the rest of there land in Europe, which is thus not a colony because a colony is a seperate nation, residing in a sererate place, sending people to live in another place, seperate from there residing land. Once they go into Greenland, they are dissolving there SEPERATE land and residing in the connected place, Greenland. Thus it is not a colony."

Such as the american colonies of the early times. Britian was the administrator, but was not connected to its seperate lands, thus making it a colony. Saxony is attempting to dissolve its European lands and fully switch to Greenland, which, at least tehnically, makes it not a colony because it is 100% annexed land of Saxonys, and is not just unclaimed but administered by Saxony. With that in mind, it cannot be considered "colonialism". "

And although we do not support Saxony's actions, we do realize that at least for the time being, it does not make political sense to send valuable Bolivia's Own Armed Forces all the way to Greenland. Not to mention recent events with Tikal. For now, we will stand for our own nation and own nation only and not enter this soon-to-be-war. Also, they are technically moving there nation there, and if Tikal had not already gone there(which by the way, is a faraway land for them), they would be able to peacefully notify us of there coming. Finally, after looking carefully at the message, we have concluded that there were no demands besides leave the island, which is not hard for Tikal saying that they have land in 3 of the 4 hemisheres, leaving one small southern patch of Greenland with almost nothing actually there should not be a problem."

Not much to discuss really, a confused Tikal goes into Peru knowing that we are there, however claims they don't. All of a sudden we look like the bad guys. Well, let me tell you something. This nation will not be put down by such a nation. We will not sit behind a nation like theirs and be threatened. We, as a people, will not stand for that. So, with that in mind, Bolivia has withdrawn there name from the "New World Order" as they are the leaders of this club. We will sit back from any relations with american nations for the time being as we are quite sure that we look like the bad guys. Tikal somehow convinces all these scared nations to worship them. Us people will stand up for what is right. Because we are right, and that is the end of it. Tikal are terrorists in a suit and tie. They are murderers wearing a golden medal. And we will not stand for it. Peru was taken from us, and now half of it is in the hands of the nation that got there second. The nation that will kill them all, while we cannot do anything because noone is with us. We will stand up and fight without bullets, without blood. We will fight with honor. For Bolivia!     3/7 Antofagasta: Recent events with Tikal have lead to the schools in Antofagasta being issued an "Emergency Topic" in regards to the acts of Tikal and the dangers of the nation. The books say- "The Principality is by far the worst nation on the planet. They are corrupt, full of the worst people, and it is dangerous to talk to them as they threaten you. However, to groups like the "New World Order", Tikal is a savior to the americas because of their "Monroe Doctrine"." Students in the state are glad they have a nation like Bolivia protecting them from people and nations like Tikal. 1/7 Alto Paraguay: While Antofagasta is becoming the education district, Alto Paraguay will become a rural state in Bolivian Territory. Free land in the state is being sold to farmers across Bolivia and Paraguay, and land under 20 Acres is being given away to build community homes for the homeless to live in. These people are grateful that they have Bolivian government there to help. The states poverty rate quickly dropped from 20% down to 13% as a result of Bolivian assistance. 1/7 Boqueron: Boqueron, bordering Alto, is a state with much potential, however, when the citizens of the state voted, they said that they wanted it to be a military asset. So, Bolivia's Own Armed Forces went in and began constructing bases around the larger cities of the province to help protect them, and then sent in some troops formerly in the Northern states of Peru, before Tikal stole them, and brought them down to be tested for Post-Tramatic Stress Disorder(PTSD), then, if tested positive, sent home. If not, they would remain training in Boqueron until there contracts were up.

    "Threatening me. Wow, i can send that into international court when we go. As long as you do not pass where Pasco's northern border meets with Ucayali, we will be fine. And by the way, if you touch any citizens in Peru, i will make sure your nation dies. Oh wait: I am already making sure. Do not touch Chile or Paraguay. I let that slide at first but now, it is a guaruntee. And if you say no because you are a "protector" or the Americas, well guess what: You are not. You are not because you break every rule you establish, and other nations worship you for it. Never talk to this nation again after this as i want my citizens to be protected."

    Public Although the situation in Peru is nearly solved, it is clear that Tikal is a nation of completely biased slobs. It is also clear that Bolivia will stop at nothing to charge Tikal with international crimes. With that in mind, the people of Bolivia and Peru together have formed the Commitee to Remove Tikal(C.R.T). This is a Third-Party Organizations(T.P.O) and the government cannot be blamed for acts made by the group. The Commitee will begin by representing Bolivia in Bolivian National Court, then moving up the line to groups such as the New World Order. Major General Foch will be speaking in regards to the matter shortly.

    "Sorry for the inconvienence, but no. It will be as we sayed. Just remember, Pasco, Ucayali, Junin, Madre de Dios, Arequipa, Ayacucho, Apurimac, Huancavelica, Ica, and Callao are Bolivias. Period. My final negotiation is that Tikal does not send forces to the regions of Chile and Paraguay as we have future plans, not all with annexing, but plans with those regions No thanks to your inconvienence, but it was good I settled this."

    "We have 17,000 troops in Peru, and this will be split 50/50 or we will have no negotiations. Now, i am sorry for my past behavior, but I am just upset. We should both be in shame because both of our goals are to protect Peru, however if we go to war and by just having this conflict we are doing nothing but. So we split it at Pasco(We get Pasco), however because you have more troops you will get Lima, and because that goes a little into our half, we get Ucayali, which reaches slightly into your half. I feel this is fair. You get the capital city, we get the less-populated ones, Pasco and Below + Ucayali."

We made sure that nations were notified of this, obviously Tikal did not pay attention. We are annoyed to the point where we would almost go to war. However, i doubt we will because unlike Tikal, we like to be good people."

    "It is land that WE had first. We demand you allow us to continue annexing territory. You may stay in the states, but once we annex them you will leave. It is either that or we draw a line 50/50 splitting Peru for our nations, Bolivia getting south and Tikal north. "

    "We are working to annex much of Peru, so you are just going to have to let us do so. We will not remove troops from Peru. You must leave. You have to realize that you did not know we were there, it is not our problem. We don't care. We were there first, so it is ours. Did you not learn about that in school? Wait, I guess Tikal is too focused on ripping off other nations to care about there education. Get out. We made our negotiation, and you will be sure that we will discuss "Tikal" with other American nations. Have a nice day."

    Confidential -Bolivia sends 15,000 more soldiers to all Peruan states except Piura. -More operations in Peru soon to begin. 2/7 Antofagasta: The Antofagasta public operation day two began with the constructed schools finally opening. Over 15,000 children were sent to school to learn about history, math, science, and English. In history, they are learning about Bolivian History and Boilvian Current Events, while in English they are learning about the language and its origins.

Instead of discussing this, how about we begin discussing the real issue here, which is not the fact that you did not encounter us. We sent soldiers to every state, and marked it as protectorate. We notified the people, so i do not know why you seem to feel like you are in the right. Your nation has soldiers in almost every region in the Americas, so I am really confused as to why you cannot let this region go. Your nation controlles all unclaimed land in the Americas already, so why do you need this? So, with that in mind, remove your troops from the states of all states, excluding Piuno. Bolivia thanks you for your cooporation. We have nothing else to say in this matter."

The transitional government that they currently have. We have built parks and cities. The fact that you were in the area was not brought to our attention. "
