Article IV: Technology sharing A)All nations in the treaty have an open sharing opportunity meaning that between nations any technology or information can be shared including military or economic. Article V: Trade A)All signatories agree to open their borders to all fellow nations for trade and if they refuse must give just cause. B) All nations have the right to decide whether or not to open their borders to let fellow signatories through for trade routs but it is encouraged to do so. C)If a nation is found trading something that is considered illegal in the nation that is being traded through the action of the offended nation may take whatever action it deems necessary within the bounds of this treaty in response. We are discissing the treaty right now one will be posted once we all agree on all of the points. On the issue of technology ajd intell sharing nobody is asking for national secrets if there is anything that you believe as your nations private information and it is not a threat to other signatories then by all means keep it OPSEC. But if it is a danger to your fellow signatories then it needs to be told to the nation in question. [OOC:I want to make a nice shiny one like the MJ treaty, also Lynneth can you make a map of all of the parties in the discussion as kind of a UN like thing?]

No agression is allowed to be between SA nations of course. Also I would agree with a SOSUS network around the continent aswell as technology sharing as part of the economic side of the treaty.

The treaty would defend all signatories in the event of an outside power trying to expand its rights into South America.The treaty would only protect preplmptive strikes if proper evidence is supliwled but will not protect nations that act on their own to attack someone else. Economic aid may still be suplied in any event unless sanctioned by all signatories.

Welcome to Gallifrey diplomats, royalty. We meet here to discuss a mutual defence and trade treaty. This treaty would not only unite our continent but also make us safer and more prosperous. This would involve openting up borders to all signatories to allow trade and tourism. An agreement of common defence needs to be made aswell. I now open the floor to any comments or sugestions.

The Lord President waited anxiously for the South American leaders to come into the meeting room. The first diplomats to ever set foot onto Gallifreyan soil since the declairation day.

The location has been decided it will be held in the Gallifreyan capital of Citadel

The Lord President announced today that all mations are welcome into the treaty in hope that this will stabilize the region more. Again all nations in South America not just republic...thank you ~DRoG MoFA

The Lord President personally sends a message to all of the republics in South America proposing an economic/Mutual defence treaty between the republics of the continent.
