What I don't understand is why you would want to. Goons are an embarrassment. They're truly a waste of space on this fair planet. I'm fighting one with a $23mill WC, less than 2.5k infra and a Social Security System and Stock Market. This is his first war, no casualties until I knocked his door earlier. He has spent 212 of his 213 days in Goons. This is the product of this pestilent filthy alliance. Why in the name of admin and all that is holy would you possibly want to rebuild them?

In fact both sides represent a power structure of one sort or another so if we're going to talk anarchism they shouldn't be involved at all. As a newly materialised nation, which my make my opinion invalid to some, it seems to me that that the alliance to watch is NPO. I have no experience of the pre karma world but I have read much and the fact that NPO still exists as a functioning and apparently thriving organisation after those events, indeed more functional than the forces ranged against it. I'm thinking of the ludicrous drivel from MK et al concerning GOONS and their current troubles and the failed scheme to drag NPO into a war by attacking NSO. (I know this is not an accepted fact but it appears to me to be the motivation). The point of my post is that I would argue that if we accept the NPO as a colonial entity it is premature to declare the post colonial period.
