lol we're all too busy fighting GR to get on CN:TE right now. Most of us are in military command as well so it's hard to find time in that little hour window around update I just logged in for the first time this week and had 30 messages in my inbox XD . to do that you will need to edit the "permissions" of each category or forum in the admin cp. From there you can edit who can and cannot see your forums based on their mask.

Let's say I'm at war with a nation and I load up a ground attack page. Now let's pretend the enemy outnumbers me by a lot and has way higher odds than me. What if while that attack page is still open somebody comes along and completely owns that nation, therefore lowering their troops numbers and odds and such. If I attacked that nation after those previous attacks, would the outcome of the attack be generated by the odds on the page? or would the odds be reloaded in real time from after the previous person's attacks?
