Isara also finds that York's threats will not help Canada in any way, and will only lead to further loss of life. Though if killing is what York desires...

The Isara Alliance had a good game with Sicily, and we are proud to be able to progress and play the US team. We wish the US the best of luck in its game against Isara.

The Isara Alliance commends and congratulates the United States for its accomplishment.

United Isocoles needs to get a grip on its people. Seriously. It's getting ridiculous.

VDL was certainly an excellent opponent, and the game was a difficult battle. However, we had a good game, and we look forward greatly to our match against Sicily.

The Isara Alliance severely condemns the hypocritical and disgusting actions of the Imperium and Coruscanta, and hereby rescinds all diplomatic recognition of both states.

The army at the border will be removed in due time, when we can trust Isocoles not to pull this kind of move again, or until diplomacy leads to positive relations." -Irina Ivanovich

The reply to Isocoles: "If these exercises ever come this close to the border again, there will be hostilities. The same goes for the aircraft; if another ever enters Isaran airspace unannounced, it will be shot down." The soldiers and tanks remained, and the 3 AC-130s continued patrolling the border.

I [b]MAY [/b]be unable to get on the internet for the next 3 weeks, so I'm requesting a lock for that time just to be safe. I'll be going on vacation, leaving 6:00 PM tomorrow, and I don't know if I will have internet. Er, if I post by Friday, consider the lock unneeded and void. I'm not sure if I won't have internet, but I want to play it safe.

Hopefully this change in leadership will also bring about a positive change in the unfortunately negative relations between Isocoles and Isara.

Irina allowed McLean into the limousine, before stepping in herself. The drive to the Capital Building took about 15 minutes, which was passed in relative silence. After they reached the Capital Building, Irina and a few guards led McLean and his envoy into a conference room, where a large table with a few chairs stood. Irina sat in one of these, and motioned for McLean to sit in another. "So, what kind of agreement would the Black Phoenix Empire be interested in?"

At the airport, two armoured cars awaited McLean, as well as a smaller, black limousine in the middle. Standing outside the limousine in typical military uniform was Irina Ivanovich, the second of the former Drei Macht. Her left arm was in a cast, as a result of an injury received during the missile attacks on Isara. "Welcome to the Isara Alliance, Mr. McLean," Irina said, offering her right hand to shake McLean's hand. "If you would step into the limousine, we can drive to the Capital Building."

The Isaran Darkstars lead striker, Radi Jaeger, was quoted in a conference after their victory over Louisiana. "The Louisiana team played very well, and we faced a good opponent in them. I believe we were able to win because the Louisiana team was slightly uncoordinated, especially defense wise. Nevertheless, it was a good game, and we hope the next game will be just as good."

IC: The massive increase of soldiers on the border was noted, and an army of 43,000 soldiers and 442 tanks was sent to defend the border should the UI forces attack. The missile/radar systems were put on alert, and in response to the Mohawk plane--which, though unmarked, was clearly coming from UI--the Isara Alliance's 3 AC-130s were sent to patrol the Mohawk. This transmission was sent to the UI plane: "You have strayed into Isaran airspace. You will have only two warnings. Turn around and leave, or you will be fired upon." The Mohawk was targetted, but no guns were fired yet.

[b]Isaran Darkstars--Team Report[/b] The starting keeper for the Darkstars will be Georgi Konev, a large but agile man who uses his size and speed to his great advantage. However, he has been known to let in the ball at close-range attempts at the goal. The second keeper, Joseph Weisman, is less capable but more an all-round keeper who is a solid and able keeper should Konev be unable to continue. The Darkstars will be playing with a 4-3-3 set up, hoping to use their powerful defenders to ward off attempts on the goal while their strikers move at the opponent's goal. The starting defenders will be Mikhail Shernevadze, Yuri Zhukeivich, Vincent Richter, and Erich von Dietrich. In contrast to Richter and Shernevadze, who are quick and agile defenders known for keeping excellent pressure on would-be scorers, Zhukeivich and von Dietrich are powerful players who will use their power to steal the ball away from their opponents. Sasha Ukovich and Gregor Dzugashvili, on the other hand, are less experienced players who, while balanced, are not likely to be on the field. The starting midfielders will be Vladimir Ivanov, Igor Sokholov, and Sergey Andreev. Ivanov and Andreev are remarkably fast players who can dash the ball from attacking opponents with ease and skill. Sokholov on the other hand is a brutal and powerful player who uses his entire body to take the ball from attackers; his only weakness being that his aggressive nature has led to penalties to the team. Less known are midfielders Nikolai Petrov, Herman Gruenwald, and Nikoloz Bessarionobis. All three are promising new additions to the national team, but are likely to be kept on the bench in favour of the more renowned and experienced mids. Finally, the starting strikers will be Radi Jaeger, Adrian Kharkov, and Niels Klein. Radi Jaeger, undoubtedly the most popular of the team's players, is a former soldier and is one of the team's most skilled players. His skill lies undoubtedly in his use of tactics and strategy to get past the opponents and score with record speed. Less famous, but excellent players regardless, are Adrian Kharkov and Niels Klein. Kharkov, famed for his combination of speed and power, is known for excellent team playing, and knows how to coordinate good attacks with Jaeger and Klein. Klein himself is best known as a very powerful kicker, and thus he is best used as a penalty kicker, where his vicious kicks are best used.

The Isara Alliance wishes its opponents luck, and looks forward to a fair and entertaining tournament.

Attempts to create one world-wide peacekeeping organisation, while admirable, are utterly pointless and will inevitably be met with ridicule from the world. The most to be hoped for are continental or regional pacts.

This is nearly laughable. This document is practically hypocrisy embodied. You can get your 'freedom for the world' so long as it doesn't touch the Isara Alliance.

I mean, certainly, we are a nation with openly imperialistic ideals, and a large number of French speakers...well then, have my jet readied. I'm sure Irina can efficiently run things around here." A few hours later, Eivanov discreetly entered the great hall in an ornate military uniform. "Excuse my lateness in attending this meeting..." Eivanov bowed lowly as he sat.
