Oi. Don't use me as a weapon. [s]The Alliance has a NAP with Isocoles, not an MDP. I think. [/s] Don't invade Isocoles
Why would anyone want to invade me? I think I can invade you and crush Maddy and Isara by myself if I wanted to. Compared to me, JEDCJT is.... a much powerful state.
Is that a threat in your bragging?
 2.
"Are we to understand that decision-making power in your nation ultimately rests with a military officer?"
The Isara Alliance is run by much the same type of government, and there is nothing wrong with it. We welcome the Republic of Merida, and welcome your government to establish an embassy. May our relations always be favourable.
 3. The Isara Alliance supports Vereinigte Deutsche Lander's bid to host.
 4. --Classified-- "Apparently a terrorist group has attacked Girltopia," Irina Ivanovich informed General Gregor Eivanov. "Girltopia?" Gregor looked up from the newspaper. "You mean those loonies who threw their culture out the window at the command of a bunch of whiny nations?" "Those would be the loonies I am referring to, yes." "Is there any threat of it entering Isara?" "Well, it's a men's rights group, so..." "Meh, okay. Any news about Cup of Nations III?"
 5. The only Koreans in the Isara Alliance are a very small ethnic minority, most of whom were here before the Isara Alliance became an independent nation but had nothing to do with Stalin's deportations. If they wanted to return to Korea, they would have.
 6.
Who would that be?
Me, clearly. Can't get more prestigious than a military dicatator.
 7.
Precisely, those forces, which we actually had the opportunity to observe, were within their own borders. They were extraordinarily professional and at no time was the border in danger of being violated. We cannot help that your intelligence services are paranoid.
Was it necessary to hold the exercise at the border? Was it necessary to fire artillery at the border? Was it necessary to drop a nuke 75 kilometres off the border? This seems like a very provocative act by the Federation.
 8.
I do not see where they were pretending to initiate an invasion. I see them training their divisions in a realistic environment. Its not our fault if your intelligence services are sub par.
You may have missed the 3000+ artillery being fired, or the troops and tanks moving at the border. It's not our fault if your intelligence is s--if your intelligence services are sub par.
 9.
We congratulate our allies on the successful final test of their system. We trust it will be a success in the event of future invasions.
So pretending to initiate an invasion of one's neighbour, and then launching a nuclear weapon just outside their border is testing their system? The USC has an interesting definition of 'test'.
 10.
There has been no international incident to warrant an aggressive move, however we are not ruling out any possibilities. So far it seems to be a mobilization exercise however we have matched the deployments by our own units in case an act of aggression is conducted against us.
Very well, we are watching the situation carefully. --Private-- "Will we aid Cochin if the Federation does invade?" "We'll see about that...wait a bit before we start pledging our support."
 11. --Private to Cochin-- We've noticed a large military mobilisation between the Kingdom and the Slavic Federation. Is this an exercise?
 12.
OOC: I'm not sure a satellite can really detect a artillery shot. A ballistic missile launch definately, but not artillery.
OOC: Nevermind
 13. --Classified-- "Sir, our satellite has detected Slavic artillery firing on Cochin territory." "What? What happened?" "As far as we've seen, this is aggression on the part of the Federation. Will we do anything?" "Not yet. We'll wait. Keep updating me on the situation."
 14.
UI would like to ask if it may battle the Republic the Vietnam and the Falklands.
The Isara Alliance would be willing to play a friendly against United Isocoles if it would like.
 15. The Isara Alliance, as stated, would be glad to hold talks concerning a trade deal with Girltopia. If you would like to send an ambassador or delegate to Isara to discuss such a deal, we can make an agreement on it.
 16. --Private-- "Irina, give me this situation in a nutshell." "Well, Girltopia embargoed Vietnam, who's never really traded with Girltopia in the first place. Vietnam's ally USC practically took it like a declaration of war. The Romonov Federation declared its support of Girltopia, and the rest of the world just kind of went 'meh'." "Typical." --Public-- "The USC has no need to feel so threatened. Also, given that Girltopia is somewhat close to the Isara Alliance, if they would like to have trade relations with us, we would be more than glad." Gregor Eivanov, premier
 17.
The United States of America would like to participate in a friendly.
The Isara Alliance would be interested in playing a friendly against the US, seeing as you were the first to defeat us in the Cup of Nations II.
 18. Our game against Louisiana was a good battle. We wish it to be known that if anyone wants to play a friendly, anyone, we will be willing to play. It is good practice for our team.
 19. The Isara Alliance's team would be interested in participating in a friendly against Louisiana.
 20.
OOC: I was trying to be nice so I would be accepted in north america but now that i actually have land things are going to start to change. dont worry
OOC: I know that OOC, but IC my government would condemn you for bending to their will :/
 21.
The government of the Greater Japanese Empire finds Girltopia's monarchist system to be... too democratic.
Indeed, what a pity it is that yet another nation is bending to the demands of the ever-expanding democrats.
 22. "Indeed so." Irina allowed herself to be escorted out, and then took her plane back to the Isara Alliance. Once there, she was greeted by Gregor Eivanov. --Classified-- "So...an NAP, an FTA, and an MDP..." Eivanov remarked, glancing over the document. "Yes," Irina nodded. "I hope it went to your liking?" "Very much so...all this seems to be playing out very much to the plan I had imagined. Very well, you have done well."
 23.
UNITED ISOCOLES-ISARA ALLIANCE FRIENDSHIP PACT Preamble: The Isara Alliance and United Isocoles agree to the terms set forward. Article I: Non Aggression The Isara Alliance and United Isocoles agree to Non Aggression in which a state of war may not exist between the two countries, and they may not engage in any sort of aggressive conduct. They agree to never engage in espionage, and, if either comes across any information which may be valuable to the other, is required to turn that information over. Article II: Mutual Defense Isara Alliance and United Isocoles agree to mutual defense. If either country is attacked by a member not in this treaty, then the other signature must agree to defend the other and declare war on the attacking nation. Article III: Free Trade Isara Alliance and United Isocoles agree to free trade between their countries. Neither country shall be taxed for goods arriving to and from their nations. Article IV: Termination. Either country has the right to terminate the treaty with a mandatory 48 hour notice period. Signed, United Isocoles Leo Zeelan Odalis Oceana Emily Zen Al Kapone Signed, Isara Alliance Gregor Eivanov, premier Irina Ivanovich
"Is this more to your liking?" Irina asked. "I added a clause about espionage."
 24.
"Well then. First we want to welcome you to United Isocoles. Please have no fear or hate of us; we have no intention to harm you in any way.
"I should hope not," Irina said coldly, in a tone that said 'for your sake'. At this time, she seemed to be especially weary of the arm in a cast--the one that had been caused by the missile attack on Isara, which Isocoles had previously been the main suspect of for some time. Irina listened to the president of United Isocoles's words, before considering them. Which would be best for the plans laid out and considered by Gregor Eivanov and herself before she had left? Irina allowed herself to appear to think for a moment, but her mind was made up; the decision that would best benefit and be in the best interests of the Isara Alliance in the future. "Very well," she said with a cold, calculating smile. "If you would write up a treaty with clauses concerning Non-aggression, Free Trade, and Mutual Defense, I believe it would be to the benefit of both our nations."
 25. Irina had little eye for the architecture of United Isocoles; she was focused on maintaining Isaran interests in this unexpected meeting with the Isocolean government. She allowed herself to be led by Oceana to Emily Zen and the other delegate, and after a brief introduction, skipped over the pleasantries and various riffraff and asked, "Very well, what exactly would United Isocoles like to discuss here?"
