Studies such as science and mathematics commonly take priority over the study of language and history...though, of course, we make sure the latter are taught as best as possible. In Isara, science and mathematics are considered some of the most important aspects in life, even children know this.

That is not a massive contradiction. And as said, we would not support our hated enemies if they were to go to war for such a reason. We would, however, aid an ally if they requested our aid.

Similarly, a nation you absolutely hate goes to war for reasons you agree with. Do you aid them? That is what we mean.
