1. OOC @Acca Dacca: Were you referring to james helping Wes with "He shot a glance at a fellow recruit attenpting to help Jacques in his agitated state"? I just thought you might ahve mixed Jacques and Wes up.
2. James turned and saw the recruit named Wes lagging behind, and jogged over to him. "Come on," he spoke for the first time that day; his voice was calm and quiet. "Or they'll punish you." he helped the boy to stand properly. Ooc: sorry for short post, on my ipod
3. James glanced in mild interest at the fight, and he sighed inwardly. Then again, this was a military boot camp, they were not just going to say "Let's all be friends" all of a sudden. He turned back to his food, and reflected on his life--or as much of it as he could remember. James was 22, with black hair that reached down his neck at the back and crept to the bridge of his nose at the front. His eyes, though really a dark brown, would seem to be black to anyone who glanced at them, and they always looked rather bored. His face was neither especially chubby, nor especially gaunt--though you could say he had pronounced cheekbones that made it seem gaunt. As for his build, he was taller than average, and though he wasn't musclebound, he didn't look weak at all. For James, life began four years ago, because that was as far back as he could possibly remember. His birth was waking up on the street with his head screaming in agony, and the rest of his body feeling as though it were covered in stinging scorpions. He recalled the feeling of the asphalt, wet with some liquid that was probably blood, and how he could not move any part of his body, and could make no noise but for a whispering grunt. Around him, sirens had wailed, and before long he had been pulled onto a stretcher. Throughout all this, his mind was a blank slate. He never learned what had happened to him, but he suffered from severe amnesia after whatever it was. In fact, he could not remember a single thing about himself, not even his own name--James Allaine was given to him when he was released from the hospital. He remembered basic things like walking, talking, speaking the language of his country--he simply had forgotten every single thing that had happened up until he woke up on that street. He worked as a bookkeeper since then, a job he found simple because he learned to love books, and also, he rarely had had to speak. He was constantly tortured in his mind about his past. Who had he been...a serial killer? A soldier? A hero, a genius, a petty thief...? James turned his attention from what was left of his past, and returned to his food as the fight behind him ended. There was a time to dwell on such things, but this was not it, nor would that time come anytime soon. For now, he had to focus on his duty of serving Aquitaine as a soldier.
4. James sneered as Jacques bumped past him. Of course, he wasn't about to start a fight with his own comrade, but he allowed himself to jog at a slightly quicker pace. James attempted to hide a scowl as the Paladin greeted them with anger, after he arrived at the destination. He had never been the type to go out of his way to help others, and focused on improving himself. But it seemed if the Paladin was to be pleased--and as a high ranking officer she was--then he would have to change that. He took a glance at the soldier named Jacques, who was smiling at his captain, and frowned momentarily, and then turned back to have breakfast. He heard another recruit say "I hope this place doesn't get overly rough (OOC: Fizzydog's character)" He turned back, and was surprised to see a kid with hair hanging down to his eyes. Ah yes, he was the one who had gotten in late, and had been disciplined by the Paladin. He surveyed the boy, biting his nails nervously, and then turned back to his own food, choosing to maintain the silence he had kept this entire time.
5. James began jogging through the countryside, keeping up with the majority of the recruits but not allowing himself to go any faster or slower. Since he didn't push himself, he was able to keep himself cool and well, though he hoped the Paladin Josselyne wouldn't punish him for not picking up stragglers, as he had seen someone else doing so anyway.
6. James Allaine had barely joined the service that day, and already he was being called rabble. The Aquitainian military was as harsh and ruthless as he had heard. Yet for some reason, he had still joined. However, James wasn't the type to be intimidated even by the Paladin Josselyne. Of course, he quieted down when she approached (actually, he hadn't been making any noise anyway), and stood as straight as he possibly could. But he surveyed her as she gave her peptalk with interest, and wondered if she was as capable a commander as she acted. This thought was still in his mind as she ordered them to disperse, and he gave one last curious glance as she smiled. Hmm, by no means was that a happy kind of smile. It looked more to him like the determined kind. He turned, and went to his assigned camp.
7. --An Inquiry from the Nagaese Government-- "Though we are not involved in this, we would like to inquire as to whether you plan to assimilate the land into your nation, or if independence will be granted after you oust the terror group."
8. Dengeki let out a series of words that should never be printed. "!@#$%^&*!" he gasped in fury. "I had planned to meet with their bloody commander, but..." He gave his orders. The tanks immediately broke off, and began firing on the enemy tanks, searching for their turrets. With two of his tanks already out of commision, Dengeki knew that the remaining 48 would still be more than sufficient to destroy three tanks, no matter how well they were camouflaged. "Troop A, assault the main gates!" 400 troops charged to the gate, only to encounter the APC. A dozen soldiers were shot down in the resulting confusion. One soldier motioned to three others, who were carrying a large metal container. He opened it, and withdrew an anti-vehicle weapon. "Cover me!" he called, and swept out of cover. The APC turret turned as he began to target and aim... He fired the weapon; it hit the APC, severely damaging its turret and setting it on fire. The soldiers cheered momentarily, but they knew they were not done yet. Troops B and C were assaulting the main gate as well, and the three Troops meant about 1200 troops assaulting the main gates. Snipers, meanwhile, took their positions. "Our targets are the mortar spotters on the walls and towers," an officer said over the radio. "If you see them, don't hesitate, shoot to kill." The air filled with shots as the snipers began shooting at the spotters. Meanwhile the seven Nagaese helicoptors engaged the two PMC coptors in aerial combat, backed up by anti-air equipped soldiers who fired at the helicoptors with their launchers. Alillere Scientific HQ The Nagaese soldiers had charged into the HQ, and ordered every person in the building to get down on the ground. Tanks circled the building, as did the three helicoptors. Snipers were positioned to spot for other snipers aroudn the building The media began to stream the information outside thorughout Nagase and the world. "The situation has exploded into violence..." "PMC forces are confirmed to have engaged government forces..." "The government has seized the Alillere HQ and arrested its top executives..." Yuki Misaki Yuki gave a start as she heard her brother. Was he drinking again? "Yuji" she said in her quiet voice. "What are you doing?"
9. --Classified-- "Sir, have you--" "I saw it." Kaede Asakura cut off his aide. "Get Yuki here, please." Yuki Misaki arrived within a minute. "Yuki..." he gestured at the television that was playing the news. "Your brother Yuji..." "Yes." she said in her amazingly soft and quiet voice. "I know of it. I will call him." She turned to leave. Asakura took up his own phone. He dialed for Sasaki Dengeki, the leading general of the Nagaese Army. "General Dengeki." "Sir, the news...I assume that's why you contact me?" "Yes, general. We must mobilize before more of those damn PMCs get there." "Right away sir, an attack on their Oil Refin..." "Not the refinery." Asakura interruped. "They're fortifying that thing to hell and back. Sure, they expect an attack there, and it is valuable, but I am not keen on losing men to capture it just yet. What do you think, Sasaki?" "Ah, yes, I see your point sir. With all those fortifications, that means..." "Their HQ is unguarded." Asakura finished the genera's thought. "Very good. Get me Nagaese National Television." Meanwhile, Dengeki began deploying his troops. Nagase controlled 12,160 soldiers, as well as 110 tanks, ten fighter-bombers, and ten helicoptors. By now, 20 tanks and 2,000 troops, flanked by 3 helicopters, were en route to the HQ. Another 50 tanks, 5,000 troops, and 7 helicoptors were preparing to move at the Oil Refinery, as well as a squad of fighter-bomber jets. --Unclassified-- This is NNT, with Premier Asakura's response to Yuji Misaki's statement that has garnered much national attention. "This will not be tolerated," Asakura's voice boomed over the thousands of people gathered before him. "Alillere is trying to stir up violence in our nation." --Classified-- Yuki Misaki dialed her brother's number, and hoped he would be there to pick it up. OOC: Edited to put total amoutn of forces
10. N’s orders from Yuji Misaki were simple; all he had to do now was make contact with the PMC mercenaries, and then he had freedom to execute his own plans within Alillere. N didn’t like having to contact the PMCs, as he was extremely distrustful of such organizations. However, if they hoped to execute their plans they couldn’t hope to do so by handing a weapon to every scientist and businessman in Alillere. N sat at his desk, and began typing away at his computer. If he had one thing to thank Kaede Asakura for, it was the technology that resulted from his industrialization moves. N could only hope they would do just as well. He brought up his email, typed in the dozen or so passwords guarding it, and clicked on “Compose Email”. He began to type the email. “To: Jack Mosely, CEO of Athena’s Sword International From: Alillere Scientific As discussed in our previous contact, we are interested in hiring a number of your soldiers for our corporation. We will have to discuss the prices for a certain number of soldiers, for example, how much would it cost to hire 4,000 of your soldiers for about a month? Should we agree on the numbers, then we will talk plans and purpose. Thank you, Alillere Scientific” N sent the email, hoping he had done it properly. He didn’t want to make a fool of himself and his company by botching up one email. With contact established, N stood to leave his desk. Hopefully, the PMC’s response would be quick; N knew Yuji was anxious to put his efforts into action. OOC: Biohazard will be RPing the corporation and PRC, so this is my last post as the corporation.
11. --Classified-- Yuji Misaki strode into the new Alillere Scientific Corporate HQ, a massive, ultramodern building which towered over its surroundings. The four guards--well, they appeared more like soldiers--nodded as he walked past and pushed apart the two glass doors. Within Alillere HQ was a flurry of business and activity. Scientists, businessmen, secretaries, and government officials themselves bustled around, debated, discussed, and gave the corporate building the feeling Yuji loved about it. He gave a sigh of satisfaction--since he had gotten his corporation involved in politics by endorsing his sister, Yuki Misaki (now Director of Foreign Affairs) the benefits had been astounding. After walking around for some time, he entered a hall which, in stark contrast with the bustling outside, was absolutely barren. There were two doors on each wall, and he walked to one of these and knocked. "Yes?" a smooth, almost feminine voice drifted through the oak wood of the door. "It's Yuji Misaki," he replied. "...ah, please enter, sir." Yuji opened the door, and entered the room. At the other end of the small room was a desk, at which there was a desk. At that desk sat a young man who, just as his voice, had an appearance which certainly was not masculine. Silk-like black hair hung down to his shoulders, and his soft eyes gazed back at Yuji's hard cold eyes. "What can I do for you, sir..." the man's voice was once again smooth and gentle. "I've come to collect the--those documents." Yuji tensed up after mentioning the documents. "The specs, the information, the floor plans...? I assume it is all prepared, N..." "Ah, yes." the man called N replied, and he reached under his desk. His hand withdrew with a small folder in tow. "I have them all right here. I assure you the information is correct." "Good, good." "One thing I don't understand..." N said just as Yuji was preparing to turn to leave. "Hmm?" Yuji turned back. "What is it?" "Those soldiers out there...those are Knights, aren't they? Why do you have the government's very best right here with all this--?" "Hm." Yuji turned again. "You will see, N. I have this all under control." --Unclassified-- The Nagaese government and the corporate powerhouse Alillere Scientific have signed a deal that will lend Alillere Scientific 20 Knights of Nagase to be used as guards at their top-priority HQ in Monryojo. The Knights are some of Nagase's top military personnel, and there are only about 150 currently operating, demonstrating the importance the government has placed on Alillere.
12. Would the Republic of Taiwan be interested in any form of economic treaty with Nagase?
13. Given its close proximity to Nagase, we are wondering if Brittany would be interested in an economic or other type of treaty.

17. Nagase welcomes Bohovia back to the world, though we were not an independent government when you were originally here
18. We would like to request an Anti-Air tank design, please. We will purchase five of the tanks when they are completed.
19. Kaede Asakura revealed in a rousing speech intentions to industrialise Nagase, which until now has been mostly agricultural base, and rather low-key technology-wise. "It's quite simple," Asakura called over the cheers of supporters. "This is a necessary step, one that we must take now. The citizens of Nagase cannot be allowed to have their country called 'third world'." Already, reports say, aircraft and military vehicles are being produced by the Nagase-based corporation Alillere Scientific. The CEO, Yuji Misaki (brother of Director of Foreign Affairs Yuki Misaki), gave this comment on the project. "We are already putting into production our own designs, though we may be interested in purchasing and studying others," Misaki told reporters. He added, "I won't give numbers, but I can tell you that we have already manufactured a number of tanks and aircraft, which the government now controls." However, the move is not popular with everyone, as some commenters revealed. "We've seen what has happened the majority of the time when nations attempt to 'Industrialise'." said one unnamed worker. "Famines, displacement, disease...I'm not overly sure Asakura is the one for this job." The approval rate for the move, however, cinches the deal: with 89% of the nation in favour of industrialisation, Asakura indeed does appear to be the one for the job.

Kaede Asakura: Title: Premier of Nagase and Governor of Monryojo Age: 22 Gender: male Eye Colour: Dark Brown Hair Colour: Black Body: Lean but slightly muscular build, average weight Height: About 6 Affiliation: Nagase Life Story/Description: Asakura is calm and cool-headed, able to remain so even in the most tense of situations. He was born to Japanese parents within the Iberian Pact protectorate, and after graduating from college at the age of 18, went into politics. After four years of hard work, he worked his way to become the UEP's candidate for premier after the IP granted the protectorate independence, and won the election by a narrow margin with his current Director of Foreign Affairs, Yuki Misaki. Yuki Misaki: Title: Director of Foreign Affairs, Head of the Scientific Department Age: 24 Gender: Female Eye Colour: Black Hair Colour: Natural unknown (dyed a purple colour) Body: Light weight Height: ~5'8 Affiliation: Nagase Life Story/Description: Yuki Misaki has been described as a quiet person who thinks of everything very logically. She received the highest marks in the protectorate in Science exams throughout her college time, and seemed set for a bright career in science. However, she unexpectedly turned to politics instead, her reason being that she wanted to experience that as well, and became the primary candidate of the NPN, garnering huge support and barely losing the election to Kaede Asakura. After Asakura became premier she was appointed Director of Foreign Affairs and Head of the Scientific Department. Yuji Misaki: Title: CEO of Alillere Scientific Age: 29 Gender: Male Eye Colour: Green Hair Colour: Brown Body: Heavyset Height: ~6'2 Affiliation: Nagase, Alillere Scientific Life Story/Description: Yuji is the older brother of Yuki Misaki. When his younger sister was running in the elections for premier, he decided to set aside his envy and his company endorsed her.
22. OOC: Whoa...these are awesome designs! I need to get up my tech level so I can buy some XD
