But what does escape you is the nature of TOP, we take time to operate. Five days is fairly quick response time for the lumbering behemoth that is TOP considering the controversy surrounding this war. As for the rest of your post, you only choose to make enemies out of us; we are not making enemies out of you. War is our business, we're not here for pleasure.

What explanation is needed to achieve your satisfaction? I feel our stance has been explained multiple times, and if you still have questions, you should study the responses given.

Indeed we did have to, as our credibility would have been lost due to our UjW stance. After all, who wants to be treatied to an alliance that declares neutrality all the time because of conflicting treaties, even if their reasons are entirely justifiable? Please, don't attempt to play the victim here and insult our intelligence. You chose to attack, OV did not "conspire against you to force your hand". Are you telling me that OV, some nobody little alliance I'd never even heard of before has more backroom influence in Bob than the mighty NPO? (Note that this is not a slight against OV.) You chose to ignore our attempts at peace (in about the worst way possible, I might add). We've all seen the evidence, indeed, hell, we are the evidence. I don't agree with the "Karma" side of the war, and I don't agree with your side either. You'd be hard pressed to find a person in TOP that does. My only regret in this war is that I have to watch fine allies like Gramlins and IRON destroy each other because of your arrogance. Good day to you sir.

Take a step back for a second and imagine the war from our perspective. MDP partner is declaring on MDP partners, other partners declaring for the hell of it, and TOP is caught in the middle. To add icing to the cake, we're a republic. While we move at what some may call a slow pace, I wouldn't have it any other way. With that said, if we had entered on the side of Karma, people would have been upset. If we had entered on the side of Hegemony, more people would have been upset. If we had not entered the fray at all (ie. UjW) everyone would have been upset. There is no good choice for TOP here, but we have done the best we could with what we were given. We're not supposed to appease anyone, we're just doing what we think is best.
