1. Scripts cannot perform any actions for you in-game. Since your proposed script automatically logs you in and performs searches (which count as actions) it is not allowed. Forms of allowed computer accessories generally involve processing HTML pages obtained manually but not actually interacting with CN directly. For example, if you performed the search manually, clicked all the links manually, and then copied the information to your script to process it away from CN, that would be allowed.
2. There are also some community-written guides pinned at the top of the Player Created Alliances that might help you get started: Player Created Alliances 101 Guide to Alliance Creation The Ultimate Guide to Having a Good Alliance Forum/Website How to design a good flag
3. Yes, until the 28th when you can delete your current nation. If you're not changing your ruler (and thus forum) name then you won't need to do anything else. Answered and locked.
4.
If I were to re roll, would I have to declare it here?
If your forum account no longer matches your nation or ruler name after your reroll and you wish to continue posting on the forums you have two options. 1. Request a forum name change after you reroll but before you start posting again in the Report Forum Abuse section. 2. If secrecy is an issue you can discuss a confidential reroll over private message with Sword of Estel as outlined here:
Sword of Estel - mods & admins (comments, concerns, bias claims, etc), oversees all staff, confidential re-rolls and/or final appeals, final call on policy issues, etc.

And I have active foriegn aid, so can I make a nation and wait for my old one to expire, or do I realy have to wait till 28th to reroll?
You have to wait for your old nation to expire (or you delete your account manually) before you can create a new one. You cannot have two accounts at the same time.
5. When you go to the deletion page there should also be a checkbox option to delete your ruler account along with your nation. If you do that then you can start a new nation using a new ruler account without any problems. Is that your question?
6.
since yesterday i cannot post replies to people's blogs or in their profiles, Thx in advance to looking into this.
Is it possible that you replied to an "Approve all comments" blog? I see two comments from you in this blog the second of which was not approved by the owner so it may have led you to believe that you were unable to comment at all. Some blog owners choose to use this setting which allows them to approve or ignore all comments on their entries before they appear publicly.
7. Reports are handled in the order in which they are received, which means unless you bump your thread your request is next on the queue. There is no set amount of time so just be patient and your report will be handled soon.
8. We don't run IP checks for people and we don't give away reroll identities but if you suspect a nation of ban evading you can file a report here. Please do not post IP addresses or hostmasks on these forums.
9.
Gots another one for you mods: Spelling mistake. Silly mods.
Fixed it.
10. Since this was originally posted in the TE forums I assume the game you're talking about is Cybernations Tournament Edition. Note that the "Tech Deals" and "Foreign Aid" suggestions won't be available to your TE nation. Foreign aid is only allowed in CN Standard. Collecting taxes, donating to the game, or stealing cash in wars are the only ways to acquire money with a Tournament Edition nation.
11. Alliance search/recruitment threads belong in the "Player Created Alliances" forum. Moving it now.
12. There are some statistics which remain hidden by design except to the owner of the nation. Answered and locked.
13.
Is the Bill Avoidance Penalty the same as the Interest Charge at the bottom of the Pay Bills screen, or is that a separate impact on your tax collections?
It's a separate penalty that you will only experience if you go over 20 days without paying your bills. It's a lot larger than the interest that shows up on the Pay Bills screen. It should also be factored in when you collect taxes not when you pay bills.
14. Centurius and thaone are correct. In addition to the gradually decreasing happiness penalty, there is a direct economic impact on income after the 5th day. This reduced your income level without further affecting your happiness levels. Answered and locked.
15. From the Cyber Nations Information Index (emphasis mine):
A nation pays bills on the items and equipment that it has purchased over time including infrastructure, military equipment, improvements, and wonders. Nations are not billed for land or technology. Being up to date on bills means that you have paid your bills within the last 3 days. A nation must remain up to date on their bills in order to perform certain transactions in the game which includes the ability to make purchases of infrastructure, land, technology, improvements, and wonders, the ability to spy on another nation, the ability to purchase all military equipment, and the ability to perform battle attacks (except ground attacks). The ability to declare war and perform ground attacks is not restricted as a way to allow a nation to wage war in an effort to raid other nations to help pay off bills. A nation that is unable to pay their bills is considered to be in bill-lock. There are a couple of options to get yourself out of bill lock which includes 1) receiving foreign aid from another nation 2) raiding other nations in war 3) adjusting the setup of your nation to change your tax collections and bill payment structures 4) selling off and deleting your nation's assets in order to lower your bills enough to pay them off. If you do not pay your bills for 20 days you will begin to accrue a bill avoidance fee on your income tax collections of 20% at 20 days plus 2% per day after that.
What you heard about not being able to collect taxes is incorrect, although if you accumulate a large enough bill avoidance penalty then your daily bills may start to exceed your daily collections. I'll leave this open in case someone thinks of anything we missed.
16. This is a discussion of IC politics. Moved to World Affairs.
17. You actually started 5 identical topics. Read the Suggestion Box Guidelines and you'll see that all topics are screened by the Gameplay team before being approved for discussion. Answered and locked.
18. Depending on the issue, sending a forum PM to a mod may be a possible alternative. Check out the Who to PM for what list and see if it covers your question.
19. Do you mean a tea cosy?

20. Itsuki Koizumi is correct. You cannot transfer your nation to a new owner without both of you getting deleted. You can, of course, delete your existing nation and start over with a new one. Answered and locked.
21. Post this in the Surrender Thread. You are not allowed to start new topics for this.
22. The OP is banned so I'm locking the topic. Discussion of moderation issues outside of the Moderation forums will result in a warning.
23. In that case, I'll close the thread. Other (non-Moderation) tips for Vladimir Spencer can be directed to his thread in the Gameplay Discussions section.
24. I assume you want to change the nation name that appears under your forum name in each post. Click on your name in the top right corner and select the "My Settings" option from the pull down menu. Press the "Profile" tab. (Clicking this link will take you there directly). Scroll down to "Required Information" and type in a new Nation Name in the box.
