i suggest using more original names. i always look down on alliances with so little creativily that they have the name or acronym of a famed organization, treaty, or nation

I don't believe in sanctioning during war, since because of hands on experience, I have been sanctioned during the Karma war and basically screwed up my entire nation. But against nuke rogues, I will support it. Against "alliances" that don't meet the criteria for an alliance, I suppose I would be against that. However, for an alliance whose sole reason to exist is to attack another alliance, I would label them rogues, and not an alliance.

[/quote] 40 total with 2 successful airstrikes. Each bombing run can deal up to 20 damage although with a higher tech level you can raise that cap. Typically one level 9 bomber can do the max damage although some send 3-5 so that they won't all get shot down before releasing their bombs. So i think 9 lvl 1 bombers would actually do the trick, although the thing is sometimes bombers just don't release their bombs and you'll get 0.00 damage with low level bombers.

Aggresssive: Causes a lot of casualties to both sides, best to anarchize. You will most likely lose more soldiers if your odds are high, and vise versa. Cautious: Low, similar casualties but can sometimes deal more casualties to your enemy if your odds are high enough. Best for raiding. Planned: Mix of the two, I rarely use it. 2. I really don't know much about low level planes. Typically the more the better i suppose, but even if you have 20 lvl 2 fighters, you might even deal 0.00 damage sometimes. As for level 9 fighters, 1-3 can usually do the max amount of damage. 3. The cap for aircraft damages is 20 and more if you have more tech. The number does not really mean much. I typically only send 3 level 9 bombers and that's enough.
