Since this is a surrender/peace thread, not an "agitation about reps" thread from people NOT in TOOL, I'd like to give kudos to the members of TOOL. I fought 10 TOOL nations and no one was ever disrespectful. I thank Scarlett Phoenix for earning me the "Nuke Eater Ribbon" (although we are having to concrete over that crater) and Mikedabomb, who I could see becoming friends with.

Raiding is theft. Raiding countries should be incarcerated. (Like stripped of trades maybe). Wait, summary execution would be a better deterrent.

Before you go saying I have no connection...I'm the one you attacked TWICE after peace was declared. When I contacted you, you said (paraphrasing here) "I'm in bill lock, good luck ever getting a dime out of me. Get over it". I have screen shots with times from every single attack. Care to deny any of that?

Nemesis has many detractors. We also have amazing allies. We have been fortunate to always find competent personnel for the right places in leadership and we enjoy a web of ex-Nemesis members in 15 other alliances (secretly controlling them to our will). (There you go, SpiderJ) Bring on year #2!

[/quote] Being in war mode does not compel you to go to war, especially not against someone that has done nothing to you. Justifying tech raiding by saying war mode exists IS like justifying rape because tube tops exist.

Personally, I am against all tech raiding. It is just a limited war (devoid of CB) against a lesser equipped opponent. Claiming it's ok because the game mechanics allow it is akin to saying EZI is perfectly ok because the game doesn't preclude it. So, while the game might allow me to punch the unsuspecting, smaller, blameless victim, I shall not.

If only RV attacked, he's a rogue. If both FAIL nations attacked, it's an alliance war. CoJ does have options, in that case. Also, what is the CB for this offensive action? Schatt is Vox scum? If that is the case, RV must now declare on every former Vox member or he is just a rogue....

I hate the fact IAA was put in such a bind. I was glad Chim came to Nemesis's defense of course, but I would not have held any grudge if he had been forced into declaring neutrality. This is how close Nemesis is to IAA. I saw him agonize over this in the channels. Don't anyone out there in Planet Bob question this man's integrity. Hails to IAA, LoSS, and CoJ.

I fought a couple BAPS nations in the last war. Classy guys. Inasmuch as there aren't "sides" in this war, just long chains of treaty activations, good luck to all involved.

Nemesis (29 nations) responds to treaty in defending SLCB by attacking ARES (72 nations). Immediately countered by Supermarioforce (32 nations). Now Genesis (81 nations) needs to come to the rescue? Are we that scary? Nevermind. However long you keep punching, you can't have our lunch money.
