2.
Edit: I realize that half of these alliances don't exist anymore o/ Techraiding
This pact was doom to fail from the beginning. The was no military backing with this document. NEAT is still going strong and has been actively saving nations from their raiders for a while now. So, don't get too comfy.
 3.
NoV =/= NoR No market exists? What about the tech market? So, what you're saying is that just because an alliance doesn't disband makes it successful. That's funny and completely wrong.
What do you measure success by? In my opinion, if a nation is able to live freely in this world unharmed and has the opportunity to become active in a greater community, then they are living successfully in this world. Not all alliances must be bent on making the top 10.
 4. Well, are you going to attack them after 30 days?
 5.
This announcement has Charles Barkley in it? I approve
I forgot the second half of the comic as well! Make sure to finish it!

We look forward to our new relations. 7. Since when was it a crime for a people to gather together under the same AA and ideals? I wish those nations best of luck who are trying to form their own vision of Digiterra.
 8.
Yes, allies so awesome, so stalwart that they have extended the most niggardly protectorate I have ever seen. It's almost as if you don't believe they will succeed. Please don't project your own faithlessness onto others.
I am sorry we have given them what they asked for. I believe that the idea is in 30 days they will no longer need protection because of their own security.
 9. I already posted this a while ago.... http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=98842&st=0&p=2637778&hl=+ucr%20+neat%20+treaty&fromsearch=1&#entry2637778 I am glad you are still happy about it though!
 10.
Neat. Best of luck with this! (no really, I hope this works out!)
This is very NEAT indeed. In fact, so NEAT that we have been doing this for a while...(Check out the AA "Radix Omnium Malorum Avaritia") I am glad to see that there are more alliances out there joining the effort to protect nations from tech raids who would rather not join an organized alliance. Even if the goal is to attain more tech sellers.
 11. Thank you for your kind words. It is alarming to see a respected member and good friend of NEAT leaving The International in this manner. I hope whatever issues are within can be dealt with.
 12.
UCR and NEAT are two others that come to mind.
NEAT is in no way a communist alliance. We do practice direct-democracy and are allied with some alliances who favor communism, but that does not make us a communist alliance. With all this being said, we have no problem with communism, but it is just something we do not claim as our own.

 14.
congratulations. glad to see another terrible pun treaty name.
You can probably guarantee that every treaty we are a part of will have an awful pun. Its what comes with being our ally!
 15. PIAT between NEAT and UCR. Because we all thought it would be NEAT to be better buddies. Article I (The Agreement Of Recognition & Civil Member Relations): NEAT and the UCR recognize each other as sovereign alliances and our members will treat each other with the appropriate respect in all areas, public and private. Efforts will be taken by both sides to maintain consistent and productive dialog. Article II (The Agreement Of Peace/Spying): Both NEAT and the UCR agree to not attack one another. If a nation is found in violation of this they will be ordered to offer peace and reparations equivalent to the total damages inflicted. Defending nations are required to limit retaliation to the level of attacks received. Should an offending nation refuse to offer peace and agree on terms of reparations they will be declared a rogue and will no longer be offered the protection of either alliance. Neither alliance will engage in nor endorse espionage against the other. Neither signatory will engage in the use of sanctions against member nations of the other signatory without permission from that signatory's government. Article III (The Agreement Of Notification): NEAT and the UCR agree to share intelligence critical to the other alliance's safety. The source of the intelligence may be kept confidential. Article V (The Agreement Of Termination): Either signatory may terminate this pact at any time; however, the withdrawing alliance must notify the other signatory through diplomatic channels 72 hours prior to this, except when the countersigned has violated any agreement of this treaty. 16. As a long time ally of The International I feel confident that The International would support us in a time of need. Having dialogue with both parties I think it is best that this treaty came to end. It seemed apparent that neither party was happy with their current situations. I fondly remember fighting with SOS in support of The International. I wish both SOS and The International the best as they set off in their own ways.
 17.
So you say GOONS are bad. They laugh and wonder aloud if it's based on anything more than tech raiding. You say this proves they're bad. You should avoid these forums at all cost.
You sir failed to read and/or comprehend my post. I stated that in the smallest form you can see their corruption through tech wars. In the largest form you can see their unprovoked attack on NPO.
 18.
Such as? If your only charge against us is tech raiding, I will laugh in your face.
You can laugh at me all you want, and that further proves your blatant disregard for national dignity and respect. Through your oppression of the unaligned by violence for tech, land and lust of blood your alliance is no better than the forces of control who used to rule this world. These acts are seemingly small, and for the most part condoned by the rest of Digiterra, but the mindset behind these attacks particularly shines through with you unprovoked attack on NPO. Of course, you and the majority of Digiterra will scoff at these claims but it makes them no less true. It is just a matter of differing morality.
 19. I can not support this war. GOONS are guilty of many crimes against humanity, and their unprovoked attack against NPO is just a large scale continuation of their disregard of national dignity which is carried out daily through their wars over tech. While I support my comrades in The International and have proven that support through fighting off two alliances for them, I must state publicly my disdain for this decision. I understand that treaties are meant to be honored and so I wish little harm to our comrades in The International. May national dignity still be in tact once all these wars are fought and done. I would hate for there to be a world in which wars need no provocation rather than "I don't like you" or "I want your resources".
 20. Whoa! I think this is the first time NEAT has been listed as a factor in a war! I am glad that it coincides with confusion and "unknown allegiance"! We can fight on both sides of this war, if we choose. I think you have it properly labeled. The important thing to know is that NEAT has no allegiance to any "side". You can pretty much guarantee though that we would never fight directly in a war which supports GOONS or unprovoked attacks upon NPO.
 21.
I seem to remember posting on this issue 2 years ago, so how come people still don't know what "white peace" means. If there are terms, it isn't white peace.
The wording was to please UBD. The word "surrender" was not to be used, but the terms were need on our end for them to achieve peace. Also, the terms do not necessarily show a recognition of the same war, but rather the terms reflect our ability to enforce a peace in the world at this current moment. Every alliance that does not engage in this battle, is one less expansion of the web. We can only do our part to keep alliances from joining war in the future. It was a pleasure dealing with many of the UBD in this war. Only Mdness was the exception and I would highly encourage no alliance to accept him after his selfish ego almost got his alliance and his allies curbstomped.
 22.
While I have friends within this DoW and I understand their desire to aid a treaty partner. I am surprised and saddened that they would choose to support a war that was started first by false spy reports and then expanded with another war that has no reason behind it. I wonder what will happen if these aggressions are not stopped? Will Bob turn into a constant state of tech raids and wars at will? I for one can not support anything that moves Bob in that direction.
As long as NEAT and SC and other like minded alliances are around, there will be no world where tech raids exist with completely without repercussions. This can be assured. SC and NEAT go back a long ways and it is nice to see that our friendship is still strong. You can guarantee that after this war, the knowledge learned will be applied to better this planet.
 23. We thank our friends from Basketball Ninjas. That was an outstanding blitz! Look forward to cooperation on the battle field!

We war with MCXA. Once again we pray for a quick peace. Signed NEAT General Assembly
