How is CHRISTmas not related to Jesus Christ? There is a large alliance based off this man and my nation itself has a large portion which worship this man. It is not a name I created. Also, the purpose of this accord is to promote peace. I would say that from the stories I have heard Jesus promoted non-violence himself and inlooking throughout history we have wars that take place on the celebration of his birth. Thus, this is to break the trend. The signatories are therefore, knowingly or not, are endorsing the ideas of Christ on the celebration of his birthday. I am questioning their ideals according to Christ year round.

How is this not true? How does Christmas come about in Digiterra if not from the character known as Jesus Christ in a world I have only heard stories of called "earth"

By recognizing Christmas as a day to not conduct warfare, you are recognizing a figure named Jesus Christ in the world of Digiterra. By doing so, all your actions can be judged by the words of Christ in a book I have only heard rumors of. Almighty Admin also gave us free will to declare war on any nation we wish; however, it would be wrong to declare on one of your own brothers. Why can we not view all nations as brothers? Just because we are capable of doing things does not make them acceptable. I think there are many nations in this world who can attest to that.

What a wonderful day in the world of Digiterra. It is always good to see another alliance join the ranks of those who recognize tech raiding as a moral wrong. Tech raiding is the biggest atrocity of our time.

This bloc is not the wisest thing that was ever created, but how many mistakes have we all made? These alliance for whatever reason felt that they are not a good fit for Red Dawn and pursued their own endeavors. This does not hurt Red Dawn as they weren't apart of the bloc in the first place and more than likely they are going to be seeking your trade partners for blocs anyway. The point is made over and over in such a way that the intent clearly is to smear KDII's name and that of UED. The repetitive insults to me show a sign of boredom or an establishment of dominance. Neither one is appealing in my eyes. I wish good tidings to all Red alliances and nations living in Digiterra. I pray that this may all blow over and peaceful unity will be pursued in place of fractions and insults.

It may be hard for outsiders to understand, but like it has been said before; LSF and International as well as NEAT are all tied together with this bloc in one way or another. I was shouting out to the direct democracies. You know we love The International. (The best protectors in the game, imo)

Before I begin I would first like to define what I call a success in this game: Success: To live peacefully in a community of friends, grow your nation in strength and form lasting bonds in the world of Digiterra. Now, Direct Democracies can be successful and NEAT is a prime example. I would argue that NEAT is an example of a direct democracy in its truest form. Not one nation holds a title or government position in our alliance, and all decisions are made through informal consensus or formal voting. We have been defeated in war but the bonds formed prior to our defeat through cooperation in the formation of NEAT held strong enough to allow us to reform and we have been able to grow our nations powerful and in cooperation with other alliances. Finally, I would like to say that the OP is mistaken and disgruntled in his analysis. DOC is not dead and as an alliance forming agreements with them, I think we will all see that DOC though may have some issues (as all alliances do) will be strong as ever in the future. Cheers DOC! It is great to see that DT is enforcing their raid policy and reps will be paid. I also give props to the OP for having courage to bring this to the harsh opinion of Digiterra. Many nations are robbed daily and many of the raids break the laws of the alliances which the raiders are in; however, because the unaligned don't speak up alliances look another way. Tech raiding is the largest crime of our time. This situation is a big step towards the ending of this form of barbarism.

DOC - NEAT ODP Preamble The membership of Nations Empowered Against Totalitarianism (NEAT) and the Democratic Open Community (DOC) hereby agree to further their relationship through an optional defense pact. Article 1: Non Aggression All forms of in game conflict between NEAT and DOC are to be deemed illegal. This includes aiding nations/alliances currently in a state of conflict with either signatory, the use of spies against NEAT/DOC by the opposite signatory, and war declarations against nations of NEAT/DOC by the opposite signatory.
