1.
You're right, we would absolutely deliberately make ourselves look like petty idiots for the whole of CN. We would do this because ______________ (fill the blank)
I'm not sure why you would do it but I usually have a hard time taking everything that "leaks" at face value. Probably not because of your alliance but because there have been many instances of deception, as fallen fool said.
 2. Bah, well I hope you didn't. It would be a shame to fail the class for such a trivial matter.
 3. So you really did miss the animation final? I'm somewhat confused. Personally, I prefer test finals to project or paper finals since I dislike having to put up with deadlines.
 4.
I'm not a Legion hater myself, actually, but I seem to recall some little hiccups around the time of Bipolar.
I'm not sure why others think those mistakes make Legion a bad alliance. Indeed, there is not much to justify the irrational hate that many here show for Legion. But then again, this is planet bob so I shouldn't really expect reason from most posters here.

 7. Congrats. I'll drop by our embassy sometime soon.
 8. Trading can be very frustrating indeed. You should try setting up deals with alliances instead of just random people. Usually, they are more organized.

 12.
Please. Trade circles are a crap shoot at the best of times. I have had 5 or 6 nations cancel on me or delete after I'd paid for their harbour and did not hold their alliance accountable. This is complete and utter nonsense and no manner of excuse is going to change that.
That would be my opinion as well. However, I don't think that is how MK views it. I'm simply trying to judge how well they practice their philosophy.
That's good material, run with it. I am sure that RV was sincere and passionately so. It doesn't make a difference whether or not it was his intention to publicize it.
If he intended to publish this material, wouldn't that imply he was insincere?
 13.
Did MK contact NSO gov. about setting up the trade circle?
I see my question being ignored. The reason I ask is that if NSO was not contacted about the trade, then they probably could not have done anything to prevent a ghost from getting away with the money. If the government is expected to be responsible for everything their membership does, then one should contact the government when setting up deals with a member/ghost of an alliance. That being said, I'm pretty sure RV did not negotiate or contact higher gov. because he wanted to post this on the OWF. Halfway through the logs he started lecturing about extortion and injustice. It seems that it was his intention to post this on the OWF and make a PR campaign out of it, which isn't surprising, considering his history. Were RV's words were sincere, I would have felt more sympathetic to NSO. I would urge everyone to scrutinize the logs once more and rethink their positions before taking sides.
 14.
An alliance is responsible for its members, it should pay more than equal compensation, especially if the actions of its members have led to a significant loss of funds from nations (If someone was 19 days inactive when the member terminated the trade, they just lost at least a days income if they couldnt find another trade stat. I don't know precisely what happened in this situation , but I do know that had I not collected when I did would have cost me a fair share of income due to this. You are responsible for the actions of your members while they are within your alliance, period.
Did MK contact NSO gov. about setting up the trade circle?
 15. The string of nation losses continues.
 16.
Since when is ZIing a nation a horrible offense? They're not PZIing or EZIing him, that term simply states that Battalion cannot surrender until alliance terms are offered. Historically speaking similar terms have been offered in individual terms barring the leadership of an alliance from surrender before their alliance either surrendered as a whole or Disbanded. So I'll pose the question again since when is ZIing this Horrible offense?
The individual terms say nothing about alliance terms. They simply state that Battalion will be the only one who cannot submit an individual surrender. The issue at hand is not that Battalion is going to get ZIed; in most wars, leaders have been known to get ZIed just because of prolonged fighting. The issue is that that Sirius has explicitly singled him out for ZI as punishment and will not allow him to surrender. As I said before, the given reasons for his sentence do not hold water. The only reason Sirius is sentencing him to ZI is that Battalion has no allies to stand up for him and that he is an international outcast.
 17.
lol, you dont have their best interests at heart either, the only thing you are interested in is trying to stir the pot on something you have no connection to. TKTB's well within their rights to ZI someone who threatened them with war, on top of a few other things. The only reason your posting here is to get your 15 minutes of shame. Congratulations.
I never claimed to have their best interests at heart nor am I trying to "stir the pot". I'd much rather you attempt to answer my argument and not try to avoid it by calling my intent into question. Normally, individual surrender terms are offered to all members of an alliance. This is an alliance war, not a rogue attack. Have you seen other alliances leaders getting ZIed because they declared war? The only reason TKTB is sentencing Battalion to ZI is that they don't like him. The reasons provided thus far fall apart under closer scrutiny. And what's more alarming is that no one has any complaints about this because Battalion seems to be universally hated.
 18.
You can beleive what you want, because obviously you're going to reguardless, but If someones going to drag an entire alliance down because of a vendetta, then they deserve the ZI.
Ok. Lets disregard the whole stagger issue. Now, who made you the arbiter of CN? Why should you decide what anyone deserves for messing up their own alliance? I can understand a ZI sentence on a rogue or someone who is actively trying to sabotage you. However, it is simply arrogant to ZI someone just because you don't like what he is done. And if you really cared about his alliance then do you really think that sentencing him to ZI will be beneficial to AcTi?
 19.
We felt that Batallion deserved ZI to make him realise that he should act more diplomatically and less arrogantly before dragging his whole innocent alliance into a war for no real reason.
I don't believe it is your position or intentions to try to teach him a lesson. Indeed, it doesn't make a lot of sense for you to talk about being more diplomatic or less arrogant after baiting him. The ZI sentence seems like a thinly disguised attempt to kick an enemy while he is down.

 21.
Isn't that the way things usually work? If someone is going to plan military action, they should have the backing of allies who will make the fight a fair one. If they are going to plan a battle, it would also be better than sending one person in just before update. Judging from the way AcTi planned this war, I would imagin that TKTB wouldn't even need allies to win but some have personal issues, maybe they shouldn't but that's how it goes doesn't it. So yeah, he will get away with it. At this point, I can't see anyone defending AcTi, personal reasons, or the fact that they don't know them.
I believe the point is that an alliance can get away with committing an action that would usually be considered unacceptable by most alliances just because that alliances declared war on someone that is disliked by many. I mean, people aren't even arguing about the CB here, as most peopled tend to do when a war starts. Most people are claiming that AcTi deserves this for their FA policy. Basically, the situation implies that people are willing to discard their principles if someone they dislike is the one getting hurt. Personally, I find that disturbing.
