Try reading our charter, it explicitly states that we do not recognise affiliations with under 15 nations which have no legitimate diplomatic ties. As far as I know, these guys don't have any "diplomatic ties" and sure as hell don't have 15 or more members. This is pest control. Or a rogue situation. Or whatever you want to call it. But not an alliance war.
