You don't need nukes to anarchy a Nation or to put up a fight. Activity has its merits. Yeah Nukes are nice to have but it takes time to acquire them, this war has come a little too soon for that. Some people will always stay on an AA. Their AA is protected by other alliances but I can assure you they disbanded/merged a while ago. So I'd suggest finding new protectors, unless the protectorate agreement was carried over to another alliance without you knowing.

I believe they are protected by TTK now, they also like to try and get in on TTK's affairs as I've experienced in the past.
