  1. At the end of the game none of us will be here, no one survives. So you didn't peace mode so you could help your ally if needed, but instead deleted most of your Nation so that it rendered you unable to help your ally if needed. Fantastic logic.
  2. $3600 on a game and that's the best comeback you have?
  3. This is worth it just for that diabolical Writ de Credo they wrote years ago.
  4. As those have said above. Destroy all your infra and military units. Unfortunately when you come back inactive you have x amount of days worth of bills but 0 days of collections. Worst of all you have to wait ages for aid. When inactivity mode was implemented CN had quite a lot of Nations in comparison to today and it was designed to stop people abusing it. All it does now is stop the return of others. Personally if I saw I had that much in bill lock is not bother returning. I think there should be a cap on the amount bills accrue in inactivity mode. But alas all on deaf ears as admin won't change or implement a thing this far into the game.
  5. Buying or Selling? My alliance has plenty of sellers but you'd have to join to be guaranteed slots. I don't think you will find any active alliances anymore, not like what you'd perceive as active a few years back. We are active in daily or important affairs, I.e Tech Deals, Wars etc but on an alliance level there isn't much going on unless people start discussions. I suppose it all depends on what the individual wants, they can put in the effort to get people more active, but at this point in the game you'd have the odds against you.
  6. In my experience I've found that at that level, just having the money/profit from tech deals is a good enough warchest, which every 20 days you invest into your Nation and then you get a bigger warchest from the taxes collected.
  7. You recall incorrectly. There was a suggestion for that to be implemented but it never got any further than a suggestion.
  8. 5 December 2006 my first Nation. Played as a relatively unknown since. It's a shame that this downward spiral continues.
  9. Iirc, Ben Dover Phil McCracken Theresa Green .....the others slip my mind.
  10. If you can hit 2000 hits a day then you spend way too much time looking and refreshing a screen. To answer your question, it's to reduce stress on the server. A rule designed when over 30000 people played the game. I'd imagine it's stayed the same to allow for a smaller server.
  11. Yes, yes you did. Others have confirmed this too. In fact your AA shows you left the alliance as well as these surrender terms. You can try and spin it however you want. You are no longer a member of OoT.
  12. He'd already left them before terms had been agreed. It's also probably for the best.
  13. Liessss. NG = Oculus. Attack one you attack them all. They had plenty of targets. A better excuse would have been you wanted to concentrate on one alliance.
  14. TTK and I believe Jack Layton were the ones who initiated the negotiations with said alliances. I'd imagine TTK were happy with those terms.
  15. and the gayroller steams ahead once more o/
  16. Hurfh durdhfh murfhh. Thought i'd show you in language you'd understand. Maybe you'll enjoy sending every TMG member that money they were promised as part of your surrender terms once we are all done with you.
  17. Using you applying at TIE was an example that you had left OoT. The alliance you deny you left. Give me some of whatever you are smoking.
  18. The stupid in you is strong. If you've had to apply at TIE it means you've left OoT. Whether that be by leaving the AA or being kicked. The proof is stamped all over your Nation.
  19. (3/6/2017 11:58:30 PM) Archangel1 approved Roal36 in their request to join the alliance Cantankerous Badasses. (3/6/2017 11:11:31 PM) Roal36 requested to join the alliance Cantankerous Badasses. (3/6/2017 11:11:22 PM) Roal36 left the alliance The Imperial Entente. (3/6/2017 11:01:51 PM) Roal36 requested to join the alliance The Imperial Entente.
  20. I Roal36 of the great nation of Malabar declare defeat and surrender to my opposing coalition of 11 alliances (or was it 14) . Some of the alliances I have been asked to highlight a here are as follows: FoC , SLaP, AM, SRA, SNX, VG. Other honourable mentions include Kashmir and LC. Their financial and economic power indeed blew a hole in my military efforts. Its been a massive defeat for Malabar. Unprecedented in its history. For more info on my defeats check out the war screens here. I thank the coalition for their Kindness and benevolence in granting me peace. Also you left the OoT AA which means you left that alliance. Go figure.
  21. What are you smoking? Their policy is anyone can join their alliance, no approval needed. They just sit back and wait for other people to come to them. Where as what I'm saying is to be more proactive and actually approve people, that way they can check if a Nation is at war and nullify issues with accepting Nations at war.
  22. By having an open join system, you are accepting Nations at War without first knowing what their crimes are. Which then leads to further problems. All other alliances would first find out what they've done to be at war and then make their decision from that, or go and speak to the government of the other alliance before accepting said member. There's a way to go about things that will earn you good will and there's your way of doing it that creates ill-will. All depends whether you want this situation to keep cropping up or to implement a vetting system where you can nullify issues such as these.
  23. If an alliance feels that a gov member of another alliance is being belligrent to them and then can not find who the other government members are then they are not going to diplomatically speak to that gov member. You could argue that they could have contacted you, but you could have contacted them. The party who feels hard done by isn't going to be overly diplomatic to you and won't go out of their way to dig for information. Alas, your issues with SLAP could easily have been avoided if you had an application procedure.
