1.
The delegate from Mongol Federation was met by a senior diplomat from Ministry of External Affairs and escorted to the Hill Palace, where he would meet with Vikram Kerala Varma, Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Cochin. "Greetings, Mr. Chikan and welcome to the Kingdom of Cochin. So how may I assist you today?" Vikram asked.
Chikan bows and then begins to describe the terms he is to seek, "As you know, we're still a poor nation despite the heavy investments by Batukhan Khan and other wealthy patriots. We're also weak militarily. Considering this, I am to ask for a limited level of protection by your own military forces and massive reconstruction aid. If not for your own efforts in the region, we'd be in a hopeless situation but I feel my people have a chance. "So what kind of military and reconstruction aid can we expect and to what extent? Also, what will you be asking for in payment?"
2. Chikan stood in the terminal in awe. Sleek aircraft, men and women in the most expensive fashions and the restaurants! Who knew an airport terminal could so outshine an entire nation?! He shook his head of such thoughts and looked for the delegation he was to meet. If he was successful the Mongol Federation would soon know such wealth itself.
3. Batukhan looked at the man before him, a small and skinny Buddhist Monk by the name of Chikan "You're a fine example of a peaceful Mongol... God help us all as the Westerners would say." Both men laughed then Batukhan continued, I'm selling you south," Batukhan chuckled, "You'll be our negotiator. You're to accept the terms offered if they offer military support until we have no need of it and which offers aid in development. Reject any terms that lack these terms or leave us as little more then a puppet. They don't seem to be the controlling types, so that'll likely not be an issue. Now go." Chikan bowed and left.
4.
The 2nd Mechanized Division which is maintaining Cochin Protectorate in the remaining Kazakh provinces would protect your sovereignty for the time being and the Kingdom is amenable to discussing a more formal defense agreement as soon as Mongol Federation is ready.
Message to the Kingdom of Cochin from Mongol Federation: Name a date and place, preferably your capital, and we'll send a diplomat or higher to negotiate and sign a treaty.
5. In North Kazakh, a new city, made up mostly of gers and other tents, had grown up. Teams were already clearing out those who had settled at the center of the city to make room for the Federal Palace, laying out a grid for roads and backhoes worked to dig a trench along the premature of the city which would soon hold the foundation for a defensive wall. Batukhan walked by a group of agricultural engineers as they argued about the feasibility of irrigating the surrounding land for farming. Batukhan turned to his vassal khan for the Khanate of North Kazakh, Al, "What do you think of the city? "It's not much to look at, my Lord but it shall be. I have some plans for the Federal Palace for you to look over," and Al handed over a pice of paper, folded over several times. Batukhan tuned to al and smiled, "You are a good friend and architect, I trust I'll approve." Al bowed and left for a meeting with his advisers and Batukhan unfolded the paper. A defensive granite wall, 10 feet wide and 30 feet tall, surrounded the complex. Gatehouses at the northern, eastern, southern and western points were also apparent and rose 10 feet above the wall. They were topped by what was labeled as 4 evenly placed anti-personnel/amour machine guns. Evenly placed between the gatehouses were 10 towers rising 20 feet above the wall and extending out form the wall 10 feet. They were toped by what was labeled as light artillery. Batukhan smiled, impressed but then sobered and mumbled to himself, "The walls need firing slits." He also noticed a 20 foot wide canal directly behind the wall and crossed by what was labeled as stainless steel drawbridges raised and lowed on the far side. A large passenger/cargo elevator rose thru a wall 20 feet tall and stopped at the top of the 2nd level which extended 20 feet, the last 10 feet being yet another canal. Arching over the canal to allow the water to flow, a stairway/cargo loading ramp rose up to the next level. He saw that this was repeated 9 times creating a 10 terraced hill 1 sq. mile in size and rising 180 feet. The 10th terrace was a large leveled area covering the remaining circumference of the hill. At the top level were 8 50 foot wide buildings that looked like spokes extending to within 10 feet of the terrace's edge. Each spoke connected to a circler building which surrounded a larger domed building rising 10 stories. Extending from the primary and secondary buildings were 8 20 foot wide halls connecting the spokes to the rest of the palace. The remaining 10 was a paved walkway ringed by a 5 foot tall safety granite wall which was toped, according to the labels, by evenly spaced ornate lamps. Similar walkways, 5 feet wide, extended between the stairways and squiggly lines covering the remaining area of the terraces were labeled as gardens though what kind wasn't mentioned, "Forests," Batukhan mumbled to himself. Batukhan then returned to his ger and started contacting his best engineers.
6.
The Kingdom of Cochin welcomes the Mongol Federation.
Message to Kingdom of Cochin from Mongol Federation: Once we have stabilized the situation on the ground, we'd like you to place us under the temporary protection of your military and to send engineers to help us build up our infrastructure. Please reply immediately. OOC: I want you to help me RP my start and to formalize land reversion if my RP dies.

8. Batukhan Khan, khan only by his iron will, stood before the gathering crowd and waited, silently and with no expression as the crowed continued to grow in size and noise. After 1/2 an hour he felt the time was right and subtly waved his hand, a signal his aid had been waiting for. A great horn blew a single, long and deep blast, silencing the crowed instantly. Before the echos had a chance to fade, Batukhan stepped up to the podium and began to speak. "For many years we have suffered war and poverty. We have seen many governments rise to try and claim and tame the steppes only to fail and fall 1 by 1. We, once masters of China, Russia, Korea, India, Persia, Iraq, Turkey, Hungary, Poland and more now suffer to simply feed ourselves and families. Well no more! "Today, after years of seemingly empty talk and months of actual negotiations, we can now claim a new homeland for ourselves! True it is not Mongolia but it's a start and I promise that 1 day, a khan will rule from Ulaanbaatar. 9. My claims. IG nation name will be the same for RP, Mongol Federation.
10. WTF?! EVERY SINGLE POST I READ POSTED BY YOU CRASHES THE FORUMS FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

It sucks, my OWN thread has been the latest death trap I've come upon. lol

11. No, no, no,no, no! I'm hall for a public healthcare system like we have with schools. Payed with taxes and otherwise free. But it's a state-by-state issue (education too, but it's a bit late for that 1), not a Fed issue.
12.
Our forums are located here.
Ah, fix the link. You have 1 too many 'http://' in there.
13. You know, the funny part is we likely agree on everything that isn't economically/religiously related.

14. 1 of the better games of the day.

15.
PM in game
And what happens if we don't get the the donation? The delivery issue goes both ways. Edit: Love your avi.
16. I can't lie. Nearly got expelled once because I didn't deny something I should have denied. And people hate having to relay on me to keep a secret as I can't lie to hide whatever it is if interrogated.
17. o7 NADC and all that jazz. This whole thing is getting out of hand and for what, a CB that didn't even happen?!
18. I'm hardly new. But their were always 'bad guys' such as NP/pO, NAAC, LUEnited Nations, ect. This time we have 2 sides, both in the right and fighting over a 6 month old CB that never actually happened. I think this may in fact be the most pointless major war in CN history.
19. This war shouldn't even be happening. No one's actually wrong here, how can you have a war with no bad guys?
20. So ZH is sent as a 'commando' alliance to cause havoc behind enemy lines. ZH, out of cowardice or defeatism, decides that's it's pointless suicide and bails of TPF, dropping the commando aspect of the alliance and setting a new path of legitimacy. Relations between 1 of your target alliances, Athens, improves and evolves into an alliance. Not wanting your skeletons to come out later, ZH comes clean. Athens, ignoring the facts that 1. TPF did this during a war that was going badlly for them, 2. ZH didn't follow thru and 3. the war is long over, declares war. Based on this info I don't see what you've done wrong but this combined with TPF's explanation leads me to the same conclusion with them. Nether ZH or TPF is in the wrong and yet their is a war. You guys must be bored.
21. lol no. Internet problems + sledding = deletion. The annoying part is my internet started working on day 25... Just a few hours sooner and I'd been fine. I don't owe anyone money/tech do I? If so just PM me IG and I'll have it sorted out.
22. Yes. Pro-Tip: Leave during peace time and if you left to do some shopping but not out of disloyalty, have their backs when the peace ends. Nothing breeds friendship more then sacrificing a nation in the top 50 for a former alliance. No regrets ether. B)
