They are based off of the "last" sanctioned alliances score. As GATO passed FOK up this round that means that FOK is now the basis for our tier barriers. I didn't mess with the add/drop lines at all because I wasn't sure if we had frozen them because of the war or not. I assumed we did though, as the true add lines would be in the 12-ish range. Unless the procedure has changed since last time I did the update (half of the last sanctioned alliances score).

We currently really do not have the membership in order to obtain sanction. Although the only reason why we did in the first place were due to people ghosting our AA in order to get NPO to lose sanction those many months ago.

I changed them as they would be if they weren't frozen. I'm sure gopher will change 'em back when he gets his hands on it again if I messed up.

Kept getting a "this feature is currently not available" page. This shouldn't be a problem though as the display all alliances screen should show what happened yesturday. This [b]should[/b] mostly represent the update as it would have looked if it was done on time about 4-5 hours ago. The additional losses by nations from todays update should not be represented.

The neutral [color="#008000"][b]Green Protection Agency[/b][/color] gains an even .10 in score and passes the [color="#ff8c00"][b]Independent Republic Of Orange Nations[/b][/color] in the process. Meanwhile the [color="blue"][i]World Task Force[/i][/color] jumps back up among the sanctioned by passing [color="#ff8c00"]FOK[/color] and they also post our largest gain of half a point. [color="#ff8c00"]FOK[/color] remains our 12th sanctioned alliance, however, becase the [color="blue"][i]World Task Force[/i][/color] drops another three members to push them farther from the 200 required. Below the sanction line we do not get a lot action with all of the alliances posting a steady drop. Tier 1 is much the same except that the [color="#800080"]United Purple Nations[/color] posts a nice gain. The [color="#0000ff"]Multicolored Cross-X Alliance[/color] takes a fairly nasty drop of over a point among this crowd also. Dropping down to the final tier we don't have anything exciting until we get to [color="#c0c0c0"][i]We Are Perth Army[/i][/color] who posts almost a 2 point drop to fall four places inside of the sanction race. [color="#ff8c00"]RnR[/color] takes advantages of these losses by passing both them and the [color="#0000ff"][i]North Atlantic Defense Coalition[/i][/color]. Meanwhile our add/drop lines are getting hungry with both [color="black"][i]Nordreich[/i][/color] and [color="purple"][i]Invicta[/i][/color] falling below the drop line to be eliminated.
