I know, Mongolia seems to be 1 of the few places that are still free.

Bartan Khan of the Ganigas stood in front of the Winter Palace as the crowed milled about. For over 2 days the crowd had grown in anticipation of his announcement and as an announcer declared the speech to be starting a great cheer went up and he walked out into the chilly fall morning. "Greetings, my people!" The Cheering doubled in volume and Bartan had to wait a full 5 minutes before he could speak once more, "Yes, today is the day you have been waiting for, a day you have all be waiting for for nearly a millennium!" Shouts of joy came from various points in the crowd. "Today is the day we come out from the shadow the Russians who once called us masters! Today is the day we tell the Chinese that that may no longer seek to dominate us! Today is the day we tell the world Eurasia will no longer be dominated by the powers of the Southeast and the smoldering ruins of the Western empires! Today we tell the world that Eurasia will once more be ruled from Central Eurasia! Today we tell the world the Mongol Horde rides once more!" As if on cue (which they were) Mongol Calvary, in their traditional best, storm from their hiding places at the eastern and western ends of the palace and ride in front of the crowd, awing them. After initially showing off for a little more then 2 minutes, they from up and fall into disciplined ranks. As the crowed settles down, Bartan continues, "On this day the tribes of Mongol, Merkit, Keriat and Tatar declare themselves to be allied in the Mongol Federation. Today the Horde is once more reunited under a single banner. Today we rebuild our once great civilization. Tomorrow... Tomorrow we shall rule the world!" As the Mongol Calvary began a 1/2 hour show, Bartan turned away from the podium and returned to the warmth of the palace and smiled as he heard the crowd take up a chant, "Strength, empire and honor!" It would make a grand motto he thought to himself as his aids closed in on him with the day's agenda.

So I was about 10 days inactive due to sledding only to have my internet give out on me. By the time I got it back I was exactly 25 days inactive, so... But don't worry, I've been at this for too long to let the deletion of my nation stop me now! I'll be re-rolling but 1st I'd like to make my new claim, Mongolia. I'd like it to be labeled Mongol Federation, I'll be making my DoE with my new account, once I make it. And remember to wipe Republic of Venezuela and give the land to Diberia (unless HIoM contests).

Constitutional Convention At long last, the Republic would have it's consitution. Calls were sent out to all states for delegates to be sent to Coro. Lawyers, doctors, workers, it seemed to not matter as the cities population swelled from 15,000 to 50,000 as people flooded the city with republican fervor.Calls were also made out to the international community for delegates, though their opinions would be viewed in an advisory manor only. It was time for the Republic of Venezuela to, at long last, become constitutional.

Isn't CNRP considered the RW until 2006? I don't see how this can work. As a standalone maybe but not a prequel.

The Republic of Venezuela would consider democratization of a good thing, however Leader of the Republic Antonio wishes to state his support for the current regime.

The Republic of Venezuela supports this move. While many Catholics in the republic have expressed outrage at this move an equal response has been given by the secularists. The Republic is expecting a petition form both sides pertaining to religion within our own nation.

I do find it odd that NATO is defending a 'Red' alliance. So much for the RL connections.

Almost. My holdings start from the center of the bay. Going east from this point you gave me too much land and going south, you gave me too little. In the east you didn't give me the states of Sucre or Monagas. Generally, you have it right, just a few treks needed on the border lands.

You gave me the State of Amazonia (not mine) and with it Diberia's capital city... You also gave me all of the state of Bolivia, I only control the western 1/2. IG, correct, IC not so much.
