  2. Today I just noticed a new button called "Block User", it's right next to a nations name. Does this block just PMs or all nation interactions? Like aid, trade, and war?
  3. I agree with this. This rule has been around for awhile, now and while it may not be fair to take action against those who broke the rules before the warning was posted. You can still retroactively demand any real world items taken illegally be returned to the greatest ability of those who took them.
  4. Well, I could have bought one with my starting 500k, but after some quick calculations I realized that it would be VASTLY cheaper to dump that 150k on infra instead...
  5. Improvement and Wonder prices should be reduced to be inline with the cheap infra. Right now I have 2k citizens, but I'm not even close to being able to afford any improvements...

  8. Luck of the draw... In a war some time back I attacked twice with 40% odds and decimated my enemy. You can work all you want to get the odds in your favor, but sometimes it's not enough and you lose anyway... That's in real life or CN.

  10. This. Nukes are important and in the case of alliances like Gramlins, TOP, OBR, or even any Citadel alliance nukes would be a very important part of there war fighting capacities. Nukes matter for the alliances who have lots of them. The alliances caught in recent conflicts have not used nuke, because generally it wasn't in their best interests GATO was nuke poor and would been owned even worse, same for most other recent wars, except for the GPA war. The GPA is of course neutral and wanted peace, so they swore off nuclear war. But if Citadel, or either of the Orders ever find themselves on the losing end of a war, nukes are gonna' fly. In fact I think any alliance which is facing total destruction and has a nuclear advantage will go down in a blaze of glory, just like FAN did.

  12. Sanction them, and call in two more nations+banks for back up? Tech raiders are noobs, anyone who knows what they're doing can really tear up a tech raider big time. Especially note the way \m/ and Wolfpack, big tech raid alliances, got torn to shreds when faced with real warfare. 5 Missile Defenses will reduce damage 50% so 5 infra, 5 tanks, and 1 tech.
  13. Last I checked Admin was the ultimate power in Digiterra. Anyway I'm also very interested in what the response will be. I hope that Admin and the Moderation staff will set a clear precedent one way or the other and enforce their decision fairly and uniformly as they always do. o/ Admin
  14. I try to build my nation for war as well. Though all my methods are of course classified:) Anyway I certainly do think that in nations built for war have a significant advantage over ones built purely for economics. Though this doesn't really appear until they become somewhat larger.
  15. Max on lvl 9 planes once your at 500 tech. Don't buy navies unless you can afford the huge upkeep costs, so 5k infra at least. Though buy all of these regardless of your levels if you go to war.
  16. Wild guess... Huge gains for TOP and Gramlins in the next few days? Since almost all their nations will probably be maxing carriers and such.
  17. I'm currently mixing Frigates and Carriers. Carriers give planes, and the Frigates are cheap and help protect my carriers, I'll probably buy a few destroyers at some point too.
  18. Exactly how does the bolded part get calculated? Does it reduce the odds of bombing runs being successful? Increase the odds of your fighters winning a battle? Can it destroy enemy aircraft on it's own? I already asked people in the game play forum about this, but nobody seemed to know the answer. Thanks
  19. Collect your taxes, and the get some Labor Camps, they will really reduce your bills, also sell your tanks they cost a lot... Overall it's that infra upkeep which is killing you, also try buying a few Stadiums, they will really up your tax collections by a lot.
  20. You get 1 carrier per 5k Infra + 5 for full shipyards... So with 5k Infra you can buy up to 6, with 10k you can buy up to 7, etc.
  21. This update is actually very good for small nations. It forces large nations to either leave themselves vulnerable or spend huge amounts maintaining a large navy. Meaning it'll be easier for small nations to catch up. Also it will make jumping into nuke range far easier for the 5-10% people like me. Spies also were just a huge money sink for large nations, expending vast quantities of money for minimal benefits, but it's too dangerous not to have spies so you have to buy them anyway...
