Because we ZI'ed them for actions that occurred in March or April and this wasn't released to the GA until July... And it had a big secret sticker on it saying these were confidential and not to be leaked outside the alliance for any reason? They were a secret from your members at least sam... Yup I thought Polar's terms were far too lenient, I said many times that every one of their members should hit ZI, then we should have given them white peace. In fact I think a similar system would be a good way to deal with NPO today, but I'm sure I will be just as disappointed with the terms NPO gets. But what relevancy does that have? You don't see me calling any of these terms so harsh, I've privately complained about some being too lenient, but in MCXA's case they seem fair enough. Funny though, MCXA really aren't the ones who should be surrendering for right now, TSO is that's where most everything the world dislikes about MCXA went. MCXA was just honoring treaties... Treaties signed by current TSO members, all the current MCXA government is guilty of from a foreign affairs perspective is complacency and incompetence, internally is another matter of course.

cwc and Urban are excellent examples. ZI list somebody, then when it becomes convenient for starting a war declassify it and use harboring our ZI targets as your CB and/or to threaten and push around the target. It's an effective strategy and one MCXA, well really TSO I guess, has used in the past.

Just a quick fact here, but you knew what was going on... A good 2-3 weeks before the war started myself and Fran dragged you into my channel and explained the state of Bob and predicted that a war was coming, and furthermore told you that we needed to distance ourselves from NPO immediately. You responded to us by telling us how much NPO had done and how good friends they were... I still have the log of that too I'm not log dumping the forum, but I'll PM it to you if you need your memory jogged. I'm the master of spin, or at least I have been called that by my worst enemies, so I assume it must be true... Here's my advice on the MCXA's future spin campaign, say you were honorable and stood with NPO in their worst hour, you honor treaties and you always fight for your friends even when they do stupid crap. Spin that for all it's worth and you might save MCXA's image, but hey what do I know?

This covers Secret ZI lists too right? Just to be clear, they are allowed to pay for tech deals started prior to this war? I have an outstanding tech deal I've been ignoring due to war, but I can collect on it now correct? By the looks of your chart you aren't anywhere near rock bottom. Though in terms of corruption I'de say forcing out some of your most loyal members to protect your position in the government might have been a rock bottom. Yeah jimmy, don't believe anybody here misses that you were in the front lines of faux outrage at me and Fran trying to get us kicked... Or that you slid right into her government position when it was vacated. I've always found the slimiest and least moral among us with the best spin tend to get power, and this would definitely be an example of that.

Q and 1V alliances should be required to repay all reparations they have ever received from other alliances as a result of war. Also they should be required to drop all treaties for duration of terms (2-3 months) and normalize relations with all other alliances for at least the same amount of time, meaning white peace with (NAAC, FAN, GOONS, \m/, IAA, Vox, etc.). Also dismantle Moldavi and Revenge Doctrines and enforce some type of additional punishment for nations that hid in peace mode.

I'm losing? I'm losing infra perhaps, but I'm doing quite well in this war... We really need to get those alliance tags back. I'm a Mushroom Kingdom member and proud warrior for Karma. My views on what Karma is stand though, and that's specifically why I chose to fight under it's banner. I have no interest in supporting a new hegemony, even if it's better than the old one. Perhaps I'm completely out of the loop, but more than 3 weeks ago none of you new exactly what Karma would look like. Sure everybody knew it would have Superfriends, Complaints and Grievances, and parts of Citadel, but the Karma power is far, far larger than that, and anyone who claims to have known 100% that ODN, TOP, TSO, etc. would back us is an idiot.

Karma is a banner nothing more, when NPO dies so will Karma. Many on the Hegemony side have complained they don't know exactly who's in Karma... Well I don't think anyone in Karma was really sure of that either. New powers will attempt to take control, and they will consist of former members of Karma, but Karma as a united entity will fall apart as soon as NPO does. [OOC]It's like the Crusades, Europe united again Muslims, but as soon as the crusade was over they went back to killing each other[/OOC]. And that's how I want it to be, I really have only minor complaints against most of the Hegemony alliances myself, but I hate the concept of a hegemony and will end up fighting against one wherever I end up. New hegemonies will form no doubt, but Karma will not be one of them. A better description of Karma would "Coalition of the Willing".

Ironically this was voted on over a month ago and its sponsors and supporters have since left in disgust or been kicked out. If this were voted on by the general assembly today I doubt it would even pass with sufficient votes. But anything for a PR bump in a war right?

Not really... Fact is when the govt saw themselves getting rolled they hit the cancel button and tried to escape. In MCXA tradition the General Assembly stood as a moral voice and created a 4 page thread complaining about the cowardly government dropping treaties. After that the government quickly changed it's mind and chose to honor the treaty. The MCXA government is as cowardly and corrupt as ever, but they have finally learned to listen to their member's. Perhaps this is the start of something new and productive for them. The screens of Fresh rallying people back into the fray are of him rallying other cowardly alliances to fight. The membership of the MCXA has never had a problem going to war, it has only been poorly served by weak governments.

Wow MCXA grew balls, shame this didn't happen 6 months ago when MCXA had some kind of staying power. Still better late than never, but war calls and now VE shall finish what TSO started. RIP MCXA, it was good while it lasted. Oh lol @ MCXA govt dogpiling Fran, come on guys no love for me?

Dear Timblesink: I offered an alternative path for the MCXA several weeks ago, perhaps if more people like you had seen the incompetence prevalent in it's remaining government then things would be different now, but what's done is done. I was chased out for thinking for myself, and you won't last long after this thread I'm guessing. I have found myself a good home in the Mushroom Kingdom, but there are many good alliances out there that I'm sure will take you in. If you want peace the Green Protection Agency would be an excellent place to go.

MCXA: I was expelled for trying to get this very same thing to happen two weeks ago when you wouldn't have had to violate your treaties and look like epic cowards. I was branded as a traitor for suggesting we betray NPO, I look at this not with horror but with amusement. I knew most of you were cowards and MCXA was severely lacking in real leadership, but I never dreampt you would sink this low. Pathetic....

This is gonna' be fun, great to see mpol coming back. If FAN and NPO switch places in a month I' going to lol forever...

When I was expelled in February on trumped up charges I just moved on, when I was given the opportunity to return I did ready and eager to serve. When our forums were taken down I rewrote our guides, when nothing was happening I rewrote our Charter and pestered Fresh until things started moving. When maxfiles first went crazy and OOC attacked Wildkat I spent hours trying to keep everyone from tearing each other apart. When people started feeling hopeless I spent hours talking them into staying and giving the government more time. When I realized that our government couldn't make the changes it needed to I ran for office, when I lost I continued to work on rebuilding, and on preparing a more successful campaign. Then when maxfiles tried to blackmail me I called on the government to deal with him, instead they decided to put me on trial based on the contents of the logs he was using to blackmail me. Logs that showed I was actively campaigning and thus threatening their seats on the council. A quick move by the Council eliminated my friends from being allowed to serve in government and threatened me with expulsion again, while the traitor maxfiles was allowed to resign and rejoin hours later to clear his charges. I was told that maxfiles was a vital part of the alliance and could not be expelled, but I was unimportant... After devoting over a year of hard work to the betterment of the MCXA being told to shove off because some prick might lose a govt seat to my friends or myself hurt. Corruption so utter I knew I could not stay, so I have moved on, clearly you have not. My loyalty is far stronger than yours or your little spies. I have enough logs and screens to take down whatever is left of the MCXA, but they will never see the light of day because despite what you have done to me, what you have done to Francesca, I will not intentionally harm the MCXA. Many of you are good people, horribly incompetent and corrupt leaders, but good people and I will not post screens that may haunt you when you decide to move on. Now if you will kindly not use VE's thread as a chance to troll me, we may return to the subject at hand...

Get better at trolling. Really that's about as sad as you can get, MCXA chose to betray it's own members, if you want to follow and troll us wherever we go you can do that too. But it certainly doesn't improve your case, which judging by this thread isn't doing very well anyway.

It's sad to watch MCXA fall like this, but I suppose they deserve it. Good luck VE, you have made an honorable decision and hopefully it will turn out to be a wise one as well.
