This new tech deal will consist of someone sending me 4.5 million and 100 tech will be sent back in 8 days. it's not like usual tech deals where 50 tech is sent after 10 days and 50 more after another 10 days. This way the entire 100 tech will be sent in only 8 days.

Would any larger nations like a premium tech deal? A premium tech deal is 3 million for 50 tech...but you get the tech instantly so u dont have to wait. If u want the tech right away just talk to me

As such, the President has the sole power over the internal and external affairs of the alliance, although such powers can be delegated to others. The President is the final authority on all internal and external matters. The Presidnet can create any office and appoint any member to that office at his sole discretion. The President serves for life or until resignation. The current President will designate an heir to take over the throne should the current President resign or die. V.
