  3. Are you serious? This is the exact trade set I want, on the color I want it. And the last two resources you need.. are the ones I have In for fish/gems http://www.cybernations.net/nation_drill_d...ation_ID=292132
  4. MK is signed with ODN and TORN? I'm sensing a pattern.. +2 extra credit if someone points it out

  7. I see you (as Drunken Hobos) sanctioned Terror Storm for stealing from The Legion. A couple members from The Legion have stopped by in this thread and clarified the reason for sanctioning, which I said was understandable. I fail to see how the OP or my response to The Legion's posts have warranted this hostile of a response.
  8. As I said in the OP, I do not consider Reachwind to be a rogue, as he has an alliance (Leverage) and posted a DoW. The alliance home of the one being attacked (Ronin) has allies (like MK) so why must they resort to sanctioning members of this alliance on different colors? Military action outside of sanctioning should have been more than sufficient.
  9. If I had gotten my way in NSO as head of IA they would have been the most bureaucratic and most drama filled alliance ever! The Family is pretty chill, as is Siberian Tiger Alliance, and, of course, my beloved Mostly Harmless Alliance.
  10. Ewww jerdge.. jerdge is the worst! Hopefully MHA will come to their senses and announce in Dont Panic #24 that jerdge has been expelled and sentenced to EZI.
  11. I'm trying to stay out of this thread as much as possible, but I'll just say that in my experience, I've always found the NPO IO's, including Moo, to be incredibly forthcoming concerning NPO actions and positions, so I'll have to endorse this quoted version of events.
  12. I'm a fan of both of you, only natural I would support this o/ MCXA o/ TIO
  13. Congratulations on your existence, and good choice of protector. o/ Quantum [ooc] o/ Scott Bakula [/ooc]
  14. I'm very sorry to hear about this I had high hopes for you, but I guess the cyberverse is not yet advanced to the stage where Starfleet can prosper. [ooc]What the $%&@? The movie was !@#$@#$ awesome I saw it 3 times in theaters[/ooc]
  15. Sileath

    Bad design

You don't have to sell infra, you could sell off improvements. You can also decommission the nukes and standing navy/air force you have to reduce your bills.
  16. You make it hard for me to support NPO when you say things like that.
  17. Sorry to hear about your disbandment.. not sure if I've heard too much about SNAFU, but I know CD and they're awesome, so best of luck to you o/
  18. After hearing Legion's response on the aid scammer.. I may not have made the same decision, but I'll not criticize you for making it because it's understandable. Thanks for clarifying and doing so without being defensive, it's appreciated
  19. My beloved duck alliance is making more friends o/ RDD o/ NOVA
  20. I support this move for a more streamlined and efficient Federation. o/ Starfleet Obligatory Spock porn:
  21. Congratulations to new Triumvir ScutterBug! Love being your ally o/ MHA
  22. I was not aware of that.. I oppose that action and am sorry it happened.
  23. There was a mild amount of controversy when Rebel Virginia was sanctioned by request of Sparta for his attacks on them. It seems like the most likely cause of a sanction is due to nuclear roguery, but looking at the sanction list I'm seeing all kinds of reasons. The senators/sanctioning alliances/sanctioned nations are invited here to discuss the situation concerning the sanctions I'm showing, as well as anyone else to share their view about what the standards should be for a sanction to be warranted. Sanctioned for ghosting? Really? I don't know if there was some background, but that person had aluminum/water, so them and 5 other white nations probably got screwed out of a Beer/Construction/FF set (besides FF) Spying I can see as a CB, though I'm not sure I can see a sanction being necessary unless the person escapes to peace mode. Reachwindaria sanctioned on Orange for his war with a nation in Ronin, a 12 man multicolored alliance? Is Ronin even allied with IRON, the alliance home of the sanctioner? What stealing from Legion? Aid scamming? I can see an aid scam sanction to protect other nations on your color, but a multi-color sanctioning makes me think that if it was just startup aid, Legion should do a clawback like STA does. I'm probably going to have to oppose sanctioning under most all circumstances except for nuclear roguery or when a nation rogues then goes to peace mode - though that's also on the alliance who $%&@ed up the stagger. What if during the Karma War you had NPO sanctioning all Karma people on Red, and the Karma alliances sanctioning all Hegemony people on other colors? That would have been messed.. you don't screw with someone's trades. For legitimate actions, like the Leverage war, I don't support a sanction. For a peaceful ghost (correct me if my details are inaccurate) I definitely oppose sanctioning. For spying, meh, just put them on ZI or PZI. Aid scamming I see as potentially stoppable through sanctioning, though there needs to be some definite cause for it to be a multi-colored affair.
