    The only time I have ever ruled from behind the scenes was in NSO when I had two Sith Lords on my payroll. ^Joke It's hard though to secretly rule when you have no defense, foreign affairs, or finance skill I'm but a humble bureaucrat within Crimson Guard.     I was going to criticize the use of "foreign affair" as opposed to "foreign affairs" but seeing as how you don't seem interested in allies (or members) I suppose the idea of you not having multiple foreign affairs makes sense.
