Treaties by far and wide are quite similar in content. The text of this treaty is so cliche of optional treaties that it wouldn't matter if it was plagiarism or not, if we wrote it ourselves it would look exactly the same. Perhaps a tad different wording, but nonetheless pretty similar. In fact, you should take it as a compliment that we like your style of writing :ehm:
