Really now? I never even mentioned the war or the CB used for it. We all knew NPO/TORN's CB was terrible within minutes. The amount canceling on Pacifica and its allies before the war was a bandwagon if I ever saw one. There was a huge movement and the shift in NS was clearly on the other side. All that remained of the Continuum was literally 7 alliances with less ties than SF had at the time. As for the stats charts, I'm sure someone else can bring it up. These stats even had ODN and NpO swinging on our side, I don't understand how you guys are still claiming we had a good chance had Gre not entered on your side. You always had the numbers to take us down. Only thing that could have altered that is the fact some already predicted to be on your side would've pulled out as Delta said. But the fact is you had the better numbers going into this thing, especially since NpO and ODN two wild cards were always on your side.

The Democratic Order- 2 You're neutral only when convenient Fark- 5 Good fighters, not funny as they think they are Mushroom Kingdom- 10 We don't see eye to eye but you're a good alliance that sticks up for its beliefs. Don't like your members but oh well. Orange Defense Network- 5 No. 1 ODN friend United Purple Nations- 4 Like Invicta, talk big but disappoint or in your last case, don't even show up. FOK- 6 Good fighters, not much else though Global Alliance And Treaty Organization- 8 Good guys, fight well and are respectful. Still flying high. The Legion- 7 Get too much flak. definitely reformed and better than ever. The Order Of The Paradox- 10 Good community, very tight knit. Ragnarok- 2, like NpO but don't have as many hidden talents RnR- 7 Quiet but good The Order Of Light- 8 Fight well and always have fun Random Insanity Alliance- 6 Fun guys, easy going Umbrella- 7 Good but too cocky. Mostly undeserved Poison Clan- 3 Always seem to be starting trouble. Commonwealth Of Sovereign Nations- 6 Would be higher but you know.. You guys don't realize the variables that were there at the time. There was the ODN going with IRON or CnG, they ended up going with CnG and threw off their Blood Brothers Pact. Then there was Polaris, who appeared to favor our side but then swung to STA's side, understandably. Those were the two big ones. Yes MHA and TOP were big fence sitters but when ODN and NpO swung the other way it was decided then. Even if Citadel stayed neutral, it would've been tough. Also MHA was a death blow, they came in late. Though I doubt MHA actually made a decisive impact considering how awful their war record is. And I understand you were on edge, we all were because we knew what was going to happen and what the impacts of this war would be. However that doesn't change the fact many saw this as their best ever chance to take down the Hegemony and the bandwagon on your side to go against them was incredible well before the OV incident. Just because you were on edge, doesn't mean you were in any real danger of losing, at least in my opinion. I think the only advantage we had was in SDI's not accounting the swing alliances, that's about it though.

Sorry, don't buy it. Anyone who saw the stat charts leading up to this war knew you held a considerable advantage heading into this war. There was no way the Coalition was going to break apart, I even recall you, yourself, making an essay on NPO's impending demise. You guys had a discernible advantage, at the very least. Easily. If we can bring in kingzog, who studies the stat charts as well, I think he'd agree with that assessment.

Alright, here's my best impression of the end. GPA outright declares war and lays out the ODN. ODN is outraged, and calls upon IRON to defend it. While CnG supports the decision to hit ODN, Super Friends plants on defending ODN in case CnG attacks. While all this happens, WTF and TDO hit each other due to disrespect and recruitment disputes. Polaris decides to raid random AA's and \m/, under the guidance of Starfox, seeks to end this moral outrage. Bama is so awe-struck he doesn't know what to say, forgetting to end with -Bama. While all this happens NPO tries hard to end this situation and declare peace, but just as they're about to strike a deal the CCC hits GOD. This prompts The International to declare war on Nordreich because everything within their alliance is distributed too evenly. A poll is made, by you know who, asking if this war can get any stranger. And just as it does.. GOONS gives out a heartfelt apology to all CN due to their recent crimes. RV, then realizes, GOONS shouldn't be destroyed and Doitzel writes his epic piece of De Messedupis Something like that.

I'm here because I'd like to know how you guys style your hair. I tend to prefer a high and tight look, and I'm thinking about shaving it for the summer. Anyways we've all had bad haircuts too. Here's some I posted on TPF's forums and if you guys are wondering why the folks in #tpf on IRC have been giving me a hard time about my haircut, here's why: The lady who was cutting my hair messed up. She used the wrong razor and it took off too much. I was so upset, I didn't tip her. We've all had bad hair cuts, some worse than others so I didn't feel too bad. I used my gf's mascara to cover it up. When she asked me what happened to it, since it was all dull, I confessed to it. She wasn't happy about it, but oh well. It was either that or shave it all off and look more stupid than I usually do. So this time I went back to another place that was cheaper and didn't mess up. And that's how my hair usually looks. I got this haircut on Friday. I'm happy with it. Anyways, just to keep things on the light side, how do you usually style your hair? And if you style your hair long, and you're a guy, how do you stand it!? I ask that you keep all comments respectful or I will delete them. Also, I've a lot of studying to do (two big tests on Monday and another on Tuesday) so I'll have to catch up on this thread later. I won't lie.. I only probed that thread to see if I posted anything. Good memories though, the lead up to that war had so much hype but the actual war itself was forgettable.

Their achievement as a "military power" was largely undeserved and they got exposed, badly. This goes to show nukes aren't everything in this game. The last time they were truly tested was in the noCB war when they decided to lie down while MK fought its hearts out I remember because I was there. This past war they got lit up hardly dealing damage with taking a great deal even with their immaculate nuke count and needed dire help only to switch sides. If someone can please tell me why you'd rate an untested and overly exposed alliance over a 5, I'd be very thankful.

Mind is blown, talking about more than meets the eyes. I've seen it before but your analysis was very very good and helped me to understand this thing better. Very good entry Kzop, thank you very much for it.
