Taking an emotivist stance, people saying that techraiding is right or wrong are merely saying "I dislike tech raiding" or "I like techraiding". Obviously this can't be used in all cases or morality but it sure seems like emotivism is appropriate in this case. If techraiding is wrong then there should be some real consequence for doing so. Scattered disapproval is by no means a deterrence.
