[/quote] Lack of nuclear capable Legion nations not in Peace mode, 3 nations in it's top 100 are nuclear capable and not in Peace mode, 15 in the top 200. That's 18 total out of 333. Factor in SDI's, not having nukes and general incompetence from the other side and we're not really receiving that many nukes. Not to mention it's hard to find targets in war mode and of those, they can only be nuked once a day. We can have all the nukes we can but if we physically can't use them there's not much we can do. It's really hurting our nuke stats
