There are currently five nations on the list (one of which is supposed to be 'through October 19th' ) and it hasn't been posted in since the sixth, however I guarantee you there are many more inactive nations than that.

We are planing to track the bogies ourselves, and if they are headed in our direction and are seen as a possible threat to our nation, we will not hesitate to shoot them down. We believe that terrorists may be piloting the aircraft, although we cannot be sure. We do not expect them to pose any danger to us, but then again I am sure no one expected a diplomatic aircraft to be shot down either. Thank you for the coordinates, our fighters will interfere with yours as little as possible.
