Only thing that Raman ever did was sending daily CM, and a nuke or two after his mate had ran out of nukes. The banter we had on IRC about Raman was what inspired the creation of Raman Mew-mew. 2) Honestly, we didn't CARE enough to stagger Raman. I could've posted a link to his nation to request stagger, but I actually felt sorry for Raman. So whatever.
