I will not be telling you of a triumphant return, though stay tuned for that. This is a story of how my life got flip, turned upside down so I’d like to take a minute, just sit right there, and I’ll tell you about how I became the Queen of Umbrella. I used to lurk in the shadows, hangout with the wrong crowds. I would go to discos where only the dead dance. I lived in a kill and be killed world, people did it only for the thrill. The rain kept falling and that is when I was shown the light, an alternate way of dealing with everything. I was given my first parasol. Now I stand under my parasol on a distant hill and while I look over Planet Steve I can not imagine more formidable opponents or a better group of people to stand among to battle these people. I watch over those with dreams of glory on the battle field, those with imaginations filled with economic formulas, those praying to almighty admin to have the banner they hold high above their heads in battle available for all to use to display. All of this dreaming is nothing compared to what my head has concocted for this planet. It will be more than any of you, even collectively could imagine. I dream of a world where the sun shines forever. Umbrella will usher in a new age not even your fickle minds could imagine. Let today, April the 27th, go down in history as the day the second Chicxulub asteroid hit this planet. We're going to start an empire more successful than any that have ever been seen before. We'll be here for rounds to come, here to be the most dominant and shaping force this world has even known. I was in the TORN government that made the decision to back out of the war. I guess one year ago today I was typing furiously in our government's IRC channel about stuff. Some would say it definitely wasn't the best choice for TORN as an alliance, as is evident by TORN's current state but there was talk of a VieTORN and never surrendering so maybe TORN is in a better place today than it would be had we stayed in the war, but who knows.

M*A*S*H is a TV show about war, do you believe you live up to the name by being a good fighting alliance? Do you think your recent performances in war support the claims you make in this answer?

It's nice to see a quiet alliance that keeps to themselves sanctioned for once. I for one am tired of alliances spamming the OWF with their constant blitzes of memes, and to see an alliance that would never even think of doing this around the corner from a sanction is very refreshing too say the least.

TORN got pretty lenient reps for engaging in a pre-emptive strike. And you can't enact revenge reps when the alliance didn't really partake in the last war (Karma) and took very very few reps in WoTC. However I'm happy to see that you won't be engaging in anything but white piece should you win a war, not that I really expected otherwise.
