You're missing our (TOOL's) PIAT/ODP with CCC and our protectorate with Shinra Electric Power Company. Also everything you have listed as PIAT or ODP should be listed as PIAT/ODP.

He obviously doesn't get that anything done with that kind of malice is also sinful, and needs to brush up on his theology.
