There's a great idea going around in IRC about Peak Nukes too. Basically, once you fire a nuke, it should be easy to replace, right? If it's damaged by spies, it only takes a little bit to fix it up. So why not make it so that you can double your nuke buying for as long as you're underneath Peak Nuke count? 2 for normal people, 4 for people with WRCs.
