Are you anyway affiliated with Vox Populi? R&R seems to tick most of the boxes, part democratic (The Triumvirate anyway), active forum, (Of course we have the lurkers who don't post but which alliance don't?) We have a trade forum which has some activity, although we do a lot of trades through LEO, and we have a great Trade Deputy in R&R and an Economic Co-ordinator in LEO who help members get TC's. We have an active tech forum, where the Tech Deputy can get you a few deals, plus we have our protectorates which are usually ready for a deal. If you have any questions to ask then feel free to PM me, I've just tried to give a quick response to your points.

I have been buying tech for months now, and I have yet to encounter a serious problem with a dealer, the worst that has happened is tech was 1 day late, and even then that has only happened once or twice.
