Personally, I never saw an issue with using bombers since they destroy tanks and thus make ground attacks easier and they also hinder your opponent in case they try to fight back. CM's definitely shouldn't be used since they actually destroy the tech you're trying to take.

Didn't an alliance do something similar to this a long time ago and end up with a FAN spy in their government? My god that was amusing. Of course, with FAN getting peace there's no risk of that happening now. ....Or is there?

Oh man, these guys. Illini came out of nowhere awhile back and asked for a treaty with us. Naturally, we said we weren't interested. And as Kevin McDonald pointed out, they blatantly fill their own war slots. In fact one of our gov members told them it was against CN rules and they basically went and told their members that they could fill war slots, but end the war every 3 days to not get caught. ...Wow.

And? If you can create such a sentiment in people that's good leadership in my book. I'm not saying Kas is perfect, but as some one who has been a part of one of his alliances I can say with certainty that he's far better than you make him out to be. He's deserving of some respect at least.

And Halsa was the same way. I imagine that's why so many former Halsan's followed him in his revival of CIS.

And whatever may have happened 2 years ago with the old Confederacy of Independent States (it was before my time so I wouldn't know), from my own personal experience I can attest that both Kas and Zocane did an admirable job running TOH and I see no reason why they won't do the same with the new CIS.
