  1. As a consequence of recent coordinated attacks of Doom Wolves and Kashmir nations, which include members of the leadership of both alliances, the Green Protection Agency hereby officially recognizes that a state of war exists between itself and the aforementioned groups.

UPDATE 2: Kashmir decided that they wanted full war, after all.

(This thread can also serve as question time, should anyone be interested in asking anything.)

You can't have an idea of how little time I have for CN. Sorry for not having included our flag.

I can't really highjack the thread, I'm just a puny Hitchhiker.

    Rewording my question:

How is art best performed in this place and what reason(s) one can have to do so?

Bit of a conversation stopper I think.

I have no idea what point was been tried to make, it even convinced me to ignore grammar check.

If it was just an attempt to run an obscure and gain likes then we can provide content.

No point , it's just a song titled Kashmir.

    Be excellent to one another.

    This.

Now for like the hundredth time in the last dozen+ years: requesting forced apologies and then complaining that they wouldn't meet some standard says about you something that, had you thought about it, you wouldn't have really wanted people to associate with you.

(This advice is provided for free just out of my famously generous Heart of Gold: obviously feel free to ignore it, and carry on.)

  5. TBF sanctions are an unbalanced feature in that with very little effort the Senator player jeopardizes aid and trade of several other players.

I can understand the playing value of Senate dynamics, but sanctions should IMHO be used very sparingly, if at all. I wouldn't recommend them even for the occasional rogue (OK maybe for the persisting/annoying ones).

We recruited several of them into TPF from NONE cells we smashed with the promise the could raid and that wars were always coming around.   They made no secret why they were in NONE and it was not to help nations they did not know and were now happily raiding.

Like all groups NONE comprised all sorts of people, that those with a taste for raiding were recruited for raiding doesn't tell much about the whole group. The sample you're mentioning wasn't selected in a neutral/random guise, therefore it wasn't as significant as you seem to think.

What were Walford's plans and ideas? As a topic that's much more relevant (or irrelevant, as it was, like what? fourteen years ago?...)

If it ever tries that let me know.  All I see UCR picking what it though was an easy target and attacking it.  Walford and his gang of None used to do the same thing attack small targets they thought had no ties under the guise of some BS noble cause.  It ended for them the same way it is for you.

Your version of Walford's and NONE's activities is, uh... fantastic.

(Not as great or terrific, the other meaning of the word.)

  8. Random reminder that boredom is best kept at bay by doing something challenging and/or by handling something unpredictable and at least mildly dangerous. It's called excitement.

Now, extracting any excitement out of the gazillionth raid of unsuspecting, unprepared, inexperienced and massively outgunned hopeless targets really looks like sorcery to me... no idea how you can do that, people.

Maybe I'm just lacking in imagination, I don't know.

LOL.  See @CanikYou just can’t compete.  No one else even comes close.

I agree that Canik can't compete with Caustic - no offence meant, Can - but Grub is even better at that game. Or better at being worse.

(Although maybe Caustic is more effective at it when it's about you specifically.)

Incidentally I have no idea why they have no respect for you, WC. Unbelievable.

This sounds nice but is not necessarily true. Pacifism does not have to be absolutist; as long as someone generally believes that human (or, I guess in CN terms, nation) conflict should be resolved peacefully rather than with aggression, then it's fair to label them a pacifist. Of course, doing nothing because you've long since stopped caring about this world is not pacifism, but is arguably wasteful enough to be worthy of the label as a sort of slur anyway.

Fair enough, I'd label what you describe as peacefulness but I can see why another would use the term pacifism at large.

As for the rest I'll go out on a limb to suggest the wild thought that, of all people, I'm the best suited to decide what uses of my time qualify as wasteful.

I kindly listen to any and every one but at the end of the day I've always danced at my tune, and I'm OK with going on like that.

Sure seems like it here in CN ;)

    Peacefulness isn't pacifism either... ;)

Elaborating a bit: in theory I'd be pacifist if I refused to arm up and to prepare for whatever fight might come my way, instead concentrating my efforts on dialogue, mutual understanding, collaboration and the like.

If I was instead ready to fight but also not looking for or desiring to fight, I would be peaceful, or non-interventionist, but not pacifist.

(In practice I don't care, thus me doing or not doing anything has no particular meaning, but this is besides the point.)

Aw. Pacifist thinks that I complimented him as a moralist, when I actually respect moralists for fighting for something. Pacifists just navel gaze until they die, returning to their true purpose as fertilizer.

Reading comprehension didn't show that much in your post. Just in case my words are too challenging for you I'll try to dumb stuff down a little. Let's start with something simple:

    Neutrality is not pacifism.

Please post a reply showing that you got the handle of what I'm saying, thanks.

Do they have anyone in range of me? I would gladly hit someone else if it will make them declare on me. I want to hit 10 mil casualties. Thanks for your help, WC.

You don't need that someone else checks war ranges for you, which leaves me to ponder about the reason(s) you made this post for.

An occasion to talk about yourself, maybe? Just a random guess.
