In other news, we appoint Timberland as Minister of Finance. Ever since we kidnapped him from the evil GOON hordes he has excelled in various areas of Gov. No tech is missing, that is the list of Umb nations as at DoW and their current NS, Infra and Tech stats. It is pure and simple, indisputable facts. DBDC has nations from a variety of places - OTTOOTTO started the war on LoSS not Umb AA, Pudge came from MHA, another came from Old Guard afair. Also we started with 957k Tech and now have 651k tech, so we have lost less than Umbrella.

I would say all the really small ones were likely ghosts. But sure there have also been some significant deletions.
