Yeah we get it already, you're Sith. You do evil stuff. But being sith doesn't automatically mean you're free to do what you want and bully whoever you want. Even the sith have a reputation, and as some have recently discovered, having a reputation for bullying can really come back and bite you.

Every single thread for the past few months has been about the NPO, please let's not derail this into yet another one.

Why did NSO even consider doing this in the first place? I can only assume it was because they believed neutral alliances wouldn't do anything about it. If it was all just a joke, it was a pretty bad one.

I actually agree with this. When the WUT was formed I remember thinking how ridiculous and complicated it made CN. Making all these alliances form into huge blocks? Ugh. It forced the formation of other alliance blocks such as the League. Other alliances HAD to form some sort of block, otherwise what was to stop the WUT from picking them off one by one?

Legion and ODN staying out of GW2 I understand that they thought by avoiding being involved in GW2 they would save themselves a huge loss in NS. But in the long run by not getting involved the Initiative gained a significant advantage and won GW2 thus beginning the 2 year domination of the game by the NPO. Shortly after GW2 legion and ODN wound up having to fight the initiative anyway in GW3, so by staying out of GW2 they allowed the initiative to gain the upper hand while only delaying their involvement in a major conflict by a couple months.

Things will be a lot more like they were before the formation of the initiative and the league. There will be plenty of mutual defense webs but not really an all powerful hegemonic bloc capable of smashing everything else in the cyberverse. At least not for some time.

GATO is a classy alliance. In all my experience with them they have always been a respectful alliance and been nothing short of friendly towards people who treated them with respect. Nothing like the propaganda and misinformation that has been spread about them these past two years.

I'm quite sure your other allies are not nordreich, as they do not have the name nordreich and are not made up of the same people who were once in nordreich and NoV. But this alliance on the other hand, is. So that's why I'm wondering if there is a connection. Their past incarnations absolutely did threaten, attack, and spy on my past alliances. I honestly don't know what to think of them. In their past incarnations they did nothing but try to blow me up for reasons I can't imagine. Most of their casus belli's were little more than "lolcommies"Nordreich wants a fresh begining and i can totally empathize and understand they want people to forget about their less than savory past activities, believe me, I've been there But, it's becoming hard for me to see them as being a fresh new alliance when a lot of what I have seen looks to be the same old stuff.

Please don't include me in your straw man fallacies. I have only said that in zombie nordreich's declaration of existance, there was much talk about new begginings, forgetting about the past, and moving forward as this was a brand new alliance. But stuff like this kinda leads people to believe otherwise, as this is looking more and more like the same nordreich as before. I promise you I'm using my inside voice

I'm not implying anything other than the claims that this new nordreich is totally different from the last nordreich (and NoV) seems to be less and less of an honest description when alliances are being formed based on their past history.
