Courtship often lasts weeks and either ends up in the couple splitting up, or taking the next step. Sometimes though one side of the relationship isn't ready to take things to the next level for various reasons, and might "play hard to get". Finally though, if the two people (alliances) are right for each other, they'll be able to "tie the knot", and later, work really hard for a couple of minutes...maybe an hour (trying to get a treaty). Often times they'll need to try more than once for a plethora of reasons. Finally though, after the deed has been done, and successful, they must wait only a bit more time, before their baby arrives (treaty announcement). Wait...what? ANYWAY... Nebula-X and Fear None Kill All have been good friends for sometime now. We've had our fair share of random discussions, war speculation conversations, and many attempts at getting a treaty made which, until now, was unsuccessful. Now though, both alliances feel they've grown tight and have a strong bond which can only be improved on. Now on to the treaty: Third Time's a Charm Pact NX-FnKa oDoAP Preamble: In light of our increasing relationships, Nebula-X (hereafter known as NX) and Fear none Kill all (hereafter known as FnKa), agree to enter this Optional Defense and Optional Aggression Pact. Article I: Non-Aggression and Peace. Both parties agree to abstain from any direct conflicts be it through trolling, military confrontations, or spying and will maintain polite relations in all public and private channels. Should a problem regarding this article arise, then both parties agree to solve it diplomatically to the greatest possible extent. Article II: Intelligence. Both signatories agree to not engage in alliance-wide espionage actions on one another, and to share intelligence that may be vital to, or very important to the other alliance's security. Article III: Optional Aggression and Defense. In the event of alliance-wide war, the attacking or defending signatory may request help from the other party, be it militarily, diplomatically or financially. However this request is not obligatory, though strongly encouraged, and therefore the requested signatory may decide whether or not to help the other signatory. Article IV: Aid. Both parties agree, inside the interests of both signatories, to enter aid programs to improve their corresponding alliance's economy overall. Article V: Termination. This treaty may be canceled at any time. The cancellation must be announced through public or private channels. After the announcement of cancellation, there will be a grace period of 48 hours in which the terms of this treaty will still apply. In the event that either signatory purposefully breaks a term of this treaty, this treaty will be canceled immediately.
