Toraoji Posted December 14, 2009 Report Share Posted December 14, 2009 About 5 months ago, the 5 founders of Quantum began the long and painful road of creating a new alliance, and our work granted us some degree of success. All our effort would have been for nothing had it not been for our friends in UPN, who protected us as we got our footing and began to grow, and with this a great friendship was created. Today is cause for celebration for Quantum. Today we have finally outgrown our protectorate treaty and have graduated into the realm of being an alliance that feels like it can stand among the others here on Planet Bob. Our first order of business, is to sign a new treaty with UPN. One that's worthy of the continued friendship that we share. Quantum - UPN Mutual Defense and Optional Aggression Treaty Article 1 - Article of Non-aggression: Neither signatory shall commit in acts of hostility to the other. Hostility being anything from assaults, espionage, abuse or misbehavior in public places and so on. Article 2 – Article of Intelligence: If one signatory has intelligence that would is of benefit to the other, then one is obligated to share such intelligence. Article 3 - Article of Mutual Defense: If either signatory is attacked by a foreign party, the other is obligated to immediately offer military and financial assistance. Article 4 - Optional Aggression: If either Signatory engages in aggressive warfare. The other signatory has the option, but not the obligation. To offer its participation to the conflict. Article 5 - Article of Withdrawal: 120 hours of notice must be given to the other Signatory, in private, before this treaty can be dissolved. Signatures.
