Most times of the year, that's not bad, but around holidays I wouldn't be surprised if larger alliances typically break that around holidays for legitimate RL reasons. Why would the NPO need to apologize to any alliance that they previously warred with? Those wars are in the past, they have concluded. Not every alliance that they warred with disbanded (FAN) so how can the alliance as a whole be held responsible for the lack of resolve of the defeated?
