MercyFallout
=Classified= "Emperor, Yamato has made aggressive moves against our territories." "Oh?" "They have attempted to deceive the world and render our territories apart without including us in the discussion." Kee Hyuk sighed. "This is an imperial move that we have fought long to protect our nation against." He put his daughter down. "Chamberlain, please escort my daughter out of Korea and to The Rebel Army as quickly as possible. It seems that the Tiger must reawaken and I do not wish for her young eyes to see such a thing." "As you wish my Lord." He turned to his good and old friend, General Woo. "All commands to defcon two. Employ martial law on the entirety of the Empire. Contact the Rebel Army, Singapura, and Manchuria. We have business to do." "Aye sir." ==Classified Communique== TO: Rebel Army HC, Singapura HC, Manchuria HC From: Korean ImpCom RE: Empires of Old The imperialist rats of the near seas and lands to the North and South of the Tiger have begun scurrying in the moments of our slumber. comrade nikonov
Northeast People's Republic Military Command- Encrypted Communique Revered leaders of Korea, we are currently impeded by commitments to the Dragon Empire, although one of our premier submarines has 'committed' treason and 'defected' to Korea today. Feel free to use it as needed, and just don't forget to return it. (OOC: You can tell me to RP what it does...)

May we ask what lands you are refering to?

MercyFallout
Marado and Chejudo are both Korean lands. Your "agreed upon territory" encompasses Marado and the southern coastline of Chejudo.
Maelstrom Vortex
The Dragon Empire suspends all treaties with Yamato starting now pending their cancellation periods. We believe we might have had nap.. can't recall, but it'll be done in 24 hours. This move is in response to the implementation of exclusion zones far outside normal acceptable international standards. comrade nikonov
It seems the NPR-Yamato NAP will have to suspended as well since the DE is no longer supporting the more encompassing one.

Barado was Korean territory? We had been unnotified. We apologize for the encroachment, and shall remove ourselves from the Island. OOC: BTW, Mercy, the Cheju part was because of how small the map was.

Marado has always been a part of the Jeju province and, as always, Jeju province has been part of Korea proper. Since the agreement with Palintine, all parts of Korea proper have been a part of the Empire. We find your excuse laughable and consider your encroachment as an act of unwarrented agression. Maelstrom Vortex
We second Korea's opinion and find the behavior of Yamato in the North Western Pacific and North East Asian regions of late to be oppressive.

It should be obvious that this island belongs to Korea. Yamato seems to try and scam their way towards new territory."

All members of the high government of Yamato (including the current head and second in command) are to commit honorable suicide in following with Japanese tradition of a samurai saving honor in the face of defeat. 2. Yamato shall agree to become a special sector governed indefinitely by the nations of the Far East in order to create a more friendly society and nation. 3. Yamato shall agree to remove all "racist" policies and outlaw them for all of eternity. 4. Yamato shall agree to extradite any and all persons who have been called to stand trial for past crimes against other nations while loyal members of Yamato's predecessors. 5. Yamato shall agree to disarm completely and totally for an indefinite period of time (as in, no citizen of Yamato, private or public, is allowed to own a firearm or any other item considered to be a weapon by a panel of international judges). These are our demands. Yamato has twenty four hours to comply. OOC: My grandma is heading back to Korea tomorrow so I'm going to be off for a while tonight spending time with her. Maelstrom Vortex
These go a bit beyond the demands we would have envisioned, but given that Korea is the one who has witnessed this aggression we recognize their right to dictate the terms of this conflict. King Kevz
"What the hell is Korea playing at to demand such terms for a simple mistake, which cost no lives and caused no difficulties and for which they were willing to retract their claims from immediatly. Justinian the Mighty
These demands are rather steap, but Yamato's territorial ambitions in East Asia have been obvious from the beginning. Korea doing what must be done to prevent itself from suffering the same fate as Slavorussia, but perhaps the traditional suicide is a bit too much for this “mistake”
Lavo
Barring the first term, this set of demands is pretty fair, especially considering Yamato's past actions. We will support our Korean ally in these trying times.
Maelstrom Vortex
Long Range TIAMAT M-40 missile batteries have been moved into Korea (with/if they give their permission) from the Chinese Protectorate zones. The Dragon Empire has ramped up patrols along its coast. The Sea Crawler net that traditionally sounds Dragonisian India has been expanding to cover all Dragon Empire territorial waters... though is not intercepting any shipping at this time. They are loaded out with anti-radar, anti-ship, and anti-structure conventional ordinance packages. hawk11
The Elective Dictatorship of Palintine is furious at both Yamato and Korea. We did not even get to start the conference, which was specifically concerning what to do with the East China Sea/The South Sea, and you two started arguing semantics. Cease this and come back to the table. Work it out like truly honorable men.

Cease this and come back to the table. Work it out like truly honorable men. The Hansa endorses this statement by the Prime Minister. You would spill the blood into the ocean yet again, for another feeble cause. It is the burden of the wise and the able who lead nations to resort not first to weapons of war but the tools of peace. Do not so hastily murder nations, it shall be your downfall.
MercyFallout
The first term is the only of those terms that can be negotiated. Regardless of whether the said government officials choose seppuku or not, they will have to be removed for talks to go forth. The Empire thanks those who have voiced support.
