kobiashiy Posted April 23, 2009 Report Share Posted April 23, 2009 (edited) This PIAT is between the White Knights Entente and the Republic Nations of Apollo, this treaty was signed a while back but we never got a chance to post it. While we both were smaller alliances we had great plans while Dan Marino was leading RNA, but we talked to Guapo, and our government liked him a lot of and wanted to help them with anything they needed and that was when we both started to have the same common goals. Preamble The White Knights Entente (WKE) and the Republic Nations of Apollo (RNA) are the signatories that will hereafter refrain from any form of hostile activity, hereafter defined as military force, internal subversion or espionage of any kind, against the other. Article I: Communication White Knights Entente and Republic Nations of Apollo recognize one another as sovereign alliances and members will treat each other with the appropriate respect in all public areas and any type of communication. Efforts will be taken by both sides to maintain consistent and productive communication. Article II: Nonaggression Members of White Knights Entente and Republic Nations of Apollo agree to not attack one another and refrain from any form of hostile activity. Article III: Intelligence Members of White Knights Entente and Republic Nations of Apollo agree to share intelligence critical to the other alliance's safety. They also agree to not conduct espionage on one another. The sources of intelligence transferred under this clause may be kept confidential. Article IV: Assistance If either signatory requests assistance in the form of defensive military assistance, economic aid, or political intervention, it is strongly encouraged for the other signatory to provide what help it can, though both parties accept that this is not an obligation. Article V: Cancellation This treaty, upon ratification, shall last until such time that one or both parties believe this treaty is no longer necessary or one of the clauses has been violated. In that case, advance notice of 48 hours is required before formally cancel this treaty.
