I am Gogeta, the Minister of Finance at the fine alliance of Azimuth(previously known as Zenith.) On this glorious day I come before every nation on this beautiful planet with an offer of a life time. We are freely giving out money, as much as you can carry. Big nations, small nations, alligned, unalligned, friends, enemies, indifferent, ZI lists, pariahs. EVERYONE. We have an upsurd number of money that we don't know what to do with and what better to do with it than distribute to those that need it. If you are waging a war, sign up for some. If you are a rogue, take some. If you just want some free money, be my guess. We just can't bare to have open slots. I urge you to reply here with how many aid slots you want filled and how you want them filled, you can choose money, tech, soldiers or a combination of the three.
