If they cannot play, you might as well not recognize me either, you seem to want to be able to invent your own weapon systems not in game that are more powerful than the in game ones, while at the same time determining who can play for what reason. OOC: I've got to agree. RP needs to be worth something other that "Optional as long as you post something every month or so". I'm not recognizing it until they do some real rp, not just declaring that they want to help the UFE. I don't think that it's necessary for them to give up their lives to rp every time a person in their nation sneezes, but for some deity's sake, the utter lack of RP should result in some sort of harm to your nation.
