Yes, I see from his war screen that he peaced out of the three wars he was fighting. This is now between him and those he surrendered to. You can't accuse him of not fighting, you can't accuse him of running away, he fought and he resigned. Maybe you should be looking at why that happened rather than waving handbags around. Can't you just remove NSO altogether as they're nothing to do with this? It would make more space for showing the alliances who are fighting in this "great war", which is after all what people are really interested in. This is the "Karma War DoW Map".
