It's been awhile since I harassed this thread... bump for awesome.

I'm sad to see ties cut between longstanding allies, but it came to a point where the treaty just didn't represent where we were as allies. I wish both NATO and Epicurean the best of luck in the future.

While I don't doubt that others have commanded equal respect in their time as leaders of their respective alliances, Van Hoo III had an ability to make tough decisions look easy. Just a calm, cool and collected guy that I had the pleasure of serving under for a year. Trolling aside, we're all entitled to our opinions, though I do like seeing the truth, as opposed to fairy tales popping up about ex-leaders.

This is an interesting recruitment tactic, though I don't doubt that others have tried it in the past and ultimately given up on it due to the complications and frustration inherent to protecting new nations. Good luck anyway on this venture. I'm sure you'll be writing in some amendments along the way.

Having worked with many of you over the past year or so, I can honestly say that I believe this new alliance will thrive and succeed. Congratulations and best of luck as you start your journey as an incorporated entity.

Norse mythology would dictate that if you have a beard, or at least have aspirations of growing a beard you belong in Ragnarok. If you have a smooth chin and are afraid of bearded people, you should probably join Ragnarok to get over that fear. Bump for Famzy so he remembers there's no more Lord of Compliance.
