1.
You realize he's in your own alliance right
Cheeky is 100-140% blitzed.
2. <Velocity111> one nation blitz <Velocity111> this is amazing excerpt from #mushroom Also, you should have the entirety of your coalition declare on MK
3. Viluin, make a sign-up list for nation sitting and then people will get to nation sit your nation and use your nation to rogue out with your 10 bn warchest. It's just like normal roguing, except you don't even have to do the labor of roguing.
4. Bob, alliance sovereignty overrides alliance jurisdiction, by definition. Sovereignty is in part defined as having ultimate jurisdiction, thus overriding mere alliance jurisdiction and for an alliance to chase a ZI sentence into an enemy AA is a risk. Mushroom Kingdom HAS poked its nose into TIO and CSN's private affairs, but at the same time, it is doing so because it believes that Dave93 was wrongly sentenced to ZI. It's perfectly legitimate for it to make such a move, and while this can constitute a CB, violating alliance sovereignty to chase down Dave93, especially when he has been granted asylum, is a greater CB. Taking jurisdiction to override sovereignty leads to absurdities. For example, if MK were to chase down its ZIs in enemy AAs without permission, would the principle of jurisdiction indicate that it would then have the right to kill ZIs without the consent of the enemy AA and without granting the enemy AA any right of agency? Would its jurisdiction make it so that it would take the sovereignty of the part of the AA occupied by its ZIs? === I think one useful litmus test is how the situation would play if the shoe were on the other foot. If MK were eventually MKarma-ed, as is Roquentin's want, and its enemies were looking for a CB, would it be valid for MK to continue to attack one of its ZIs when one of its enemies had fled to the protection of yet another enemy's AA?
5. Your target was on the applicant AA for an alliance you know that has a grudge against you and has a hair trigger towards any CBs that could allow them to declare war on you. Don't you think that's reason enough to check the peace offers and to double check whether or not that that AA is protecting that nation? When peace offers are sent in the event of a ZI, in the majority of cases, players will open them to read the assorted whining so they can be posted onto alliance forums or alliance chats for a quick laugh. You had two attackers on the nation. You're telling me not a single one of them opted to sate their curiosity and check what the probable whining was? And not a single one of your attackers had the presence of mind to say: "Hey, he's claiming to be protected by an alliance that is well-connected and has 4 times our NS. Maybe I should refer this to government to check if he's not lying and that alliance has actually extended protection?" I also note that Gibsonator has already peaced out Dave93. Hey, maybe that's an implicit acknowledgement of the validity of protection. What ever happened to the peace offers anyways? Were they read? Maybe we should ask Dave93. Were they read? Or were they deleted as to cover up any possible malfeasance?
6. Alliances have and retain the right to grant asylum to any member they so desire. Once asylum is thus granted, an attack on such a member becomes a violation of their alliance sovereignty. The granting of asylum in itself may constitute a violation of alliance sovereignty, but that does not compare to violating the interests of an alliance by attacking such a protectorate. If CSN were to have declared on Mushroom Kingdom, claiming that their hosting of Dave93 was an act of war, it would have been a perfectly legitimate reason to declare war on Mushroom Kingdom. Instead, CSN attacked Dave93, despite indications being made that Dave93 was under protection, and since Dave93 was already under the protection of Mushroom Kingdom, this amounts to an undeclared war on Mushroom Kingdom. Hence, Mushroom Kingdom is only defending its interests and is not the aggressor in this case.
7. No, because any reasonable alliance will make an effort to reach out to the enemy government beforehand and try to clarify things. This may become a useful Casus Belli, however, if the counterparty is looking for an excuse to declare war, but it would provide a PR fallout due to the bad declaration reason. If the alliance trying to instigate this war gets caught out, it will likely get trapped and attacked by both sides until the opposing forces are satisfied or have gotten a sufficient offer of reps.
8. When the CIA is deleted, unlike the Intelligence Agencies, there is not requirement for spies to be decommed first. This is an inelegance, and perhaps it would be better to block CIA deletion until its removal would not put you above your maximum spy quantity.
9. my hobby is barging into people's private channels and taking screen caps of their userlist

11. itt alliances with a poor logistics department claim that that has no relevance towards their activity slots rates don't matter, anyways. It's the raw tech income per active military nation that matters. MCXA, for all their apparent activity, can only muster between 50 and 60 tech per nation per 10 days due to the fact that they sell 3m/50s internally. === Oh, and how did GOD get past Umb anyways? GOD never exceeded Umb's net tech rates, they were between 70-80 per nation while Umb was at least 100 tech per nation per 10 days.
12. short term memory is short term memory, but then again, it's been quite a while since 2008
13. On the "All Nations Display" screen, the Sort Ascending and Sort Descending Buttons, when viewed with images off, are mislabeled. The Sort Ascending button is labeled Sort Descending and vice versa.
14. Just to clarify, exactly which AAs is Mushroom Kingdom protecting?
15. She has enough WC to boost back to 20k from 0. Unfortunately, GS is likely going to be locked into nuke anarchy and be unable to further engage Dulra by round 2, so there's only going to be one round of wars vs Dulra. Total nuke damage is estimated at around 4500 infra, perhaps that's too high, 3000 infra might do? There's another 840 infra damage from CMs; if we assume 50% of air attacks go through, that's another 1120 damage, Ground attacks at 50% would be the same, so with this loose estimate, we'd go to 6080 infra damage, bringing Dulra down to 17000 infra. That's only 18,000 NS damage, and would take perhaps a billion to reach 20k from. GS can expect to spend more time fighting OBR and its allies than Dulra, and there, they can likely do more damage. Now, there's another interesting question. What's Yuri's warchest? By the way, if you're really out to hurt Dulra, it's better to sell off tech and go after Dulra's tech farms.
16. Just, FYI, the situation isn't what people are claiming. If NEW and GOONS went to war, on a pure statistical basis, NEW would win; it has more NS, it has a better-developed upper tier. What's going on is that NEW keeps on sending people into Kaskus to ghost, and while Kaskus is basically contained, NEW keeps on sending reinforcements to Kaskus as though it's breaking the containment. This could be considered a declaration of war; NEW's material support to Kaskus is sufficient that GOONS can't beat Kaskus by itself. Instead of escalating the conflict by asking its allies to demolish NEW, GOONS is keeping the affair contained by routing their own imports from Mushroom Kingdom and Umbrella. === Now, NEW can claim that their reinforcements to Kaskus are individual actions by their members, but when so many players leave to engage GOONS via Kaskus, it is virtually an alliance-supported action. NEW should make its stance clear on this conflict. What level of support should Kaskus expect from NEW? Are the reinforcements alliance-sanctioned? If they are not, NEW should make a declaration that members of NEW who want to engage Kaskus should be allowed to leave, but only within a certain time table. Members who leave afterwards should be considered to have deserted during wartime and should be barred from NEW for a protracted amount of time. If NEW does in fact sanction these wartime volunteers, then this is an act of war against GOONS and the rest of Doomhouse and it is up to Doomhouse to decide whether or not to escalate this war to NEW.
17. Phineas, Methrage, go $%&@ yourself. In other news, Paraguas is now at 20 members. Asgaard/Biff Hooper, who were previously CoJ or related to some effort or another, is now on the Applicant AA. One member left the last I checked, which dropped the member count to 14, but there's 20. Two known nations are Biff Hooper and King George III. On the 12->14 gain, that's Spoceps and Centauri. The latter hasn't logged on in 1 day, the former is not spending his money. You also have Rextron, Emperor Moore, and stalin1237 as lowbies joining, and you also have Eumirbago, who joined from UCN. Wasn't Eumirbago with VE once upon a time? It seems that way, if memory serves. That's all 18 on the current AA, and the 2 on the applicant AA.
18. Paraguas gained 3 members in the last three hours. I suppose the game is on. Recruitment levels seem quite good for the amount of effort so far; this is about 3% of total player count.

http://www.cybernations.net/nation_drill_display.asp?Nation_ID=462436 Kongland http://www.cybernations.net/nation_drill_display.asp?Nation_ID=482507 Both of your nations have about a 5 day value. Not a big loss, not a significant protest.
20. March 15 2012. Paraguas is now at 12 members, bolstered by the gain of Unkajo, previously a TLR member. This nation seems to be properly built, and is now buying tech and moving up the wonder chain. Everything seems to be normal.
21. nope; Quinoa probably had 0 troops at the moment of anarchy, and she retaliated through a max deploy / full deploy and attacked from there.
22. Send me that cute video of a bear! I don't know, I've been tracking Paraguas for nation additions since Roq posted up his mass recruitment contest. I haven't seen any movement for 3 days, so when I found that PG suddenly obtained an additional member, I thought I'd post an update to tracking. If you're starting in 5 hours; well, that means my estimations of your join rate are wholly incorrect based on faulty data.
23. There's no limitations on who is allowed to fly the old MK flag. In other news, this is Titito, the rogue. http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showuser=49809 I love his avatar, by the way. It's a reasonably entertaining gimmick, although not of top-tier quality.
24. You never indicated a commencement date in your OP. When ARE you starting?
25. Embarrassingly enough, two of the nations targeted have already been thrown into anarchy. Only a small 200 infra nation has not been anarchied as of yet. So! Paraguas recruitment nation tracking. Day 3: picked up a rogue who anarchied two DH nations.
